Are you only suppose to mist when lights go out or can you mist during lights on? Also do not mist on the buds correct? Cuz it will cause bud rot?

So I switched my lights out 4 days ago from the mars 600 to the mars 2000. Light is 18” from canopy@65-70% power. I preformed a res change 3 days before the pictures,also topped,Lst and some defoliant.I’m not sure what’s happened but I have yellowing on the new leaves. ??Week 4

Auto flowering, PH is 5.8 to 6.1 every day. Hydro set up. Botanicare grow, calmag, and hydroguard all given half the regular amount.Finishing up second transition week. The bottom leaves started turning a little yellow but are now turning a lot more yellow. Assuming this is the plant just using it's own nutrients stored in the lower leaves. Any input? Too little calcium in early flower?I’m in the early weeks of flower and am seeing this happening. I thought it was due to an attempt at foliar feeding, but those initial problem leaves have been trimmed.
Is this a calcium deficiency, and if so, how can I address it?
