weird speckles and brown-ish spots

brown-ish speckling on leaves. organic soil, w/ a tinyy amount of "golden tree". flower week 5-6. the LED pic shows the best detail of the spots, the other ones show color better. i took a few pics like an hour after removing the leaves, so they look wilted, but really aren't.

необходимо прослеживать изменения в состоянии растения! Каждую неделю необходимо указывать информацию о кислотности и ppm полива. вести информация о удобрениях и дозировке. сейчас это выглядит как дефицит! но вопрос: "что его спровоцировало???" тут дефицит и фосфора и калия и магния.... нужно вести дневник, бро! так любой совет сейчас может быть бесполезным. в почве подобный ад вызывает слишком кислая среда в почве! проверяй, бро!

thanks for the help man, yeah i checked the ph of the runoff with some of the liquid drops, and it was well under the lowest number on the guage. it was bright yellow, super low pH.! ordered some pH up and down, hoping that helps! also ordered some calcium, hoping i'll be able to return one. i really don't wanna get into adding extra stuff to the soil and having to worry about pH a bunch.

Calcium deficiency would be my first guess. Other than that, bad pH comes to mind.

Is this plant a dud?This one plant has been having issues since germination with strange leaf growth. While the other 3 plants have started flowering, this one plant still remains in veg state and very small in size. Is this a dud caused by some plant viral infection? Should I remove this plant?

One of my plants (picture included in week 2) seems to have something wrong with it as shown by the white lines/bright discoloration on the leaves and new growths. The leaves themselves also seem to have a thinner shape compared to the other 2 plants. Is this cause for concern?
