Could be a pH problem, but it looks more like simple overwatering to me. Perhaps you don't have enough drainage in that cup? It still looks quite healthy so I wouldnt worry yet.

4 times same genetic but one has hanging leaves The top right plant´s leaves are hanging down since ~10 days. Don´t think it´s because of over-/underwatering, since I water & feed every plant the same and the others are doing great. opinion on bud maturity ?About 6 weeks since flip from flower and wanted to know if the orange/browning of the white pistils means that the bud has already reached its max size and will only ripen ,but bud sizes look pretty small to me does this mean yield will be low ? or am i just overthinking.
