Should I defoliate or not?

I wouldn't, but I am very anti defoliation. The way I look at it is that if your plant did not need those leaves, it would not have grown them in the first place! Besides, right now, during flowering, is when your plant needs every leaf it has to produce the energy she needs to grow her biggest and best flowers. Or to put it another way - less leaves = less energy = less growth. Cannabis has evolved to grow her best the way she is now. Being her best does not involve getting rid of perfectly healthy, energy producing leaves for no benefit. I have been growing for 35+ years and can categorically say that cannabis grows her biggest flowers when all leaves are left in place to do their job. Hope this helps, Organoman.
