Hello I think all the plants can handle both switches or one or the other. Are you going to let the photoperiod veg while the autos finish their flowering? Cause you definitely wont want to run the autos on the 12/12 cycle, they'll end up small and stunted. So I'd finish your auto run while the photoperiod is building...switching the bloom light only might affect the vegetative growth of the photoperiod so consider that...you'll usually want some blue light for the photoperiod ones, not just the dominantly red color of a bloom switch.

I grow only autoflowers, although light should be of no influance to your growth and bloom. It does. I've experienced that my autoflowers in the beginning of spring, more time need to grow then when I plant them in full summer. I've noticed also that when my autos flowers, their blooming goes faster on the cloudy not so warm days.I do not know if artificial light gonna make a difference, but I would slightly ajust

No u dont want to reduce hour hours of light when autos go into flower. They will flower the best and yield the most when kept on the same light schedule as when they vegged. It is possible to run both at the same time! Just all in how u arrange it. If you start vegging your photos when the autos start flowering. The light schedule would be ideal for both. After 5 weeks or so the autos will be ready for harvest and photoperiod will be ready to start flowering... reduce the light cycle to 12/12 now . Doing this ull get the most out of all ur plants. Happy growing and stay lit fam.
