Bud Rot

I have the same with a little bit of my Buds i will make rosin from this ...

Get it away from the rest of your buds. It's definitely mold. You can cut out the affected piece or just junk that bud, but it will spread to other buds if they're close by.

How old is that paper lmao :P Looks smokable to me bro maybe just pick the white bits off chuck um and smoke the rest :)

It doesn't look like bud rot but yes, another type of mold. I would leave it all out to dry at about 50% RH for like 4 - 8 hrs, pop it in a jar with a little hygrometer and see where the level is at. If above 75% still, leave it out longer, pop it back in the jar for an hour or so and see where you're at... keep going until a bit under 70%. Then pop the lid daily for an hour or so and repeat the process. I would cut out any leaves with white stuff on it and toss it. Keep a close eye on it.

If it pulls apart easily then its rot, but hope not. Cheers friend
