Your looking in the right area but what you ha e circled is not the preflower. Look between the stalk and the branch. Not on the side of the stalk. 😜

ventilation for a 4x8 ? basically is that too much negative pressure and if so should I get anther intake ?currently using a 200mm inline exhaust fan that has 914 m3/h(537,9 cfm) max currently using it at its medium setting of 792 m3/h(466,15 cfm) and using a 125 mm inline intake fan with only 330 m3/h (194,23 cfm). Plants react to darkness in different wayDuring the night, I have noticed that 2 plants out of 3 stand with normal leaves straight, while 1 has leaves going down during the darkness and when the sun rises, it gets back to normal.

Flowering temperature and light strength?The strain I'm growing can get hues of purple and blue if temps low.
I don't have a AC just fresh air in. If I drop the light % 100% - 75% my temp drops from 77 to 71.
