I'm mid way through week of flowering since switching to 12/12.
I have no idea what strain it is and this is my first time grow.
Pistils started turning orange over the last week.

If you’re only on week 4 or 5 give it another 4 weeks. Start checking the Trichomes around then end of week 8 flower. You want them to be milky white to amber in colour depending on the stone you’re trying to achieve.

You have 2 weeks minimum. If you like strong body effects, cut when nearly every hair has turned red, about 90%. If you don't like the sleepy, munchies effect then harvest between 70-80% red hairs. Enjoy, looks like decent genes for a random.

Now 12-12 and scrog net?the time has come to switch to flowering, from the beginning of next week (maybe in 10 days maximum) I will set 12-12. I thought that towards the 50th day I could free it from the bindings and move it away from the light gradually and then put a scrog net, okay as a procedure?4y ago
