How do I flip to flower

Gershygershstarted grow question 4 years ago
As mentioned in my previous question, my plants have been vegging for 15 weeks and I’m looking to take some cuttings and then flip to flower. The cutting part has been answered but I don’t know what to do to flip to flower really? Any help is appreciated!

Switching to flowering is the simple task of changing the day/night schedule to 12/12 hours - Cannabis is a photoperiod (unless auto-flowering) plant which flowers in shorter days, that means they need 12 hours or less of light to induce it! Hope this helps! Good luck and happy growing :)

While in flowering slowly decrease your Nitrogen (N) dosage (usually labeled as "grow" or "veg"), slowly increase your Phosphorous (P), and Potassium (K) dosage. The plants start to focus in flower production (in which PK is needed in larger amounts) and less foliar growth (in which nitrogen uptake slowly decreases - but still needed to maintain it). Usually start with 1/4 of the recommended dosage on the bottles and increase/decrease it as the plant matures. I'd refrain from using flowering additives because they can easily cause toxicities, and just stick to the base NPK fertilizers. Good luck and happy growing :)

For more details These are weedseedexpress’ Charlotte’s Webb and I’m growing four plants in 5gal cloth pots with Fox Farm’s Happy Frog Potting Soil. I’ve given the plants a little bit of Terra Vega (3ml/L) every now and then but they seem to like very little of it and act up quickly if I give it to them too many days a week. I haven’t given them any nutes in a week and half and that photo was taken today. They’re growing in a 4x4 grow tent with a HiLUX GRO 315W bulb. When I transplanted from solo cup to the cloth pots I sprinkled a little Dynomyco on the roots. They’re currently on an 18-6 light schedule. Thank you for answering the cutting part of my question but: I really don’t know what to do switch them to flower other than switching the light schedule to 12-12? I have BioRhizotonic, TerraFlores, Boost, PK 13/14 by Canna for cuttings and flowering but I have no idea how to use them! I have this Canna Terra schedule that someone kindly printed for me, but I don’t think it applies to Happy Frog.
