The upper leaves is hanging and i dont know why?

When i turned on bloom on my led lamp i didnt raise it up at first
think i had it 30-35 cm from the tallest plant at first but now its about 40-45cm instead.
At first it reacted good but now the upper leaves start to hang again..

I think you are over watering. Let the soil dry up real good before watering again

The light is still too strong for the plant I’d move it up to 80 cm then when she shows she can handle the extra light slowly start moving it closer
