I'm week 2 into flowering and I'm after noticing some of my bud tops are starting to go orange. After a good look it doesn't look like burn from light. Aswel my light is 55cm away from bud sites. Any ideas of what this is? Thanks very much

thats ok my friend the plant is in normal growth and you will see some changes from here until you harvest, your buds will grow bigger and you heart will beat with excitement, what you see is the pistols starting their time to shine for you. the buds look great by the way, keep up the good work!

It's just the natural progression of the buds. The pistils start turning red. That said, it seems a bit early for that. Reasons for this is usually tied to too much heat. It's not really a problem, but you'll need to go by the trichomes to harvest at the proper time. Get a jeweler's loupe or 60x magnifying glass.

It's normal with some strains. If happened over a day/few hrs than temperature usually comes into play.

That's normal. As pistils die, they turn reddish Brown and new ones grow

This is all good bro. You want the pistils to start darkening. Some strains do it early, some later. Sometimes orange, pink, purple. Just a stage of maturity, keep up the good work
