Hi there, I recently overwatered my previous auto seedlings and I have started a new batch as of last week. I'm just curious about how you think the girls growth is doing for 7.5 days above soil/coco. Sorry for the basic question, just not sure if im doing alright. Thank you!

Completely disagree with organoman. You are way to early in the game to be watering that entire pot. Worst thing you can do is overwater. The roots will expand and seek out water when they are allowed to breath. When they can’t breath they won’t grow. Yes, once that thing is established then follow organomans recommendations. But I’m looking as]to a very young seedling that has no ability to uptake a high volume of water, so that will leave you with a moist substrate and suffocated immature root system. Good luck

Edit to add... We all agree you want your roots to drop and expand. In my 10 years growing (mostly commercial greenhouse) I find that the roots more quickly seek out water when they are finding dry medium early on. They expand to find the moist spots. If they locate water close to the center root mass they find what they are looking for and don’t expand beyond the minimum space needed for that uptake. They become lazy. I want aggressive root systems, personally. I’ve actually run a side by side comparison, same pheno, with two approaches to watering early on in veg. Once chopped, the plants that I allowed their roots to seek out water via not watering the entire container had a healthier, more robust root mass upon inspection. Big roots, big fruits. Cheers I am not suggesting you let your fragile seedlings medium go dry. It’s a balancing act, good luck.

Make sure you water the whole pot, not just next to the seedling. A lot of fine roots travel a remarkable distance from the plant. If the entire pot is not moist, root growth can become limited. When growing a plant, think of how things would be in nature. Rain doesn't just fall out of the sky and land next to the plant stem. By having so much area dry in your pot, the roots won't "explore" and any good bugs/soil microbes will die in the dry areas. The size of your seedling is about right considering its age. If you are growing in pure coco coir, you might think about giving them some weak nutrients (quarter strength) to get them going. Try thinking moist, not wet when it comes to your plants. Hope this helps..... Organoman.

Looking good to me, you've obviously learnt from your over watering mistake. My only suggestion would be to try and water in a ring around the outside of the pot. Make the plant search for the water :-) encourage the roots to grow. I've got a Gorilla Glue Auto on the go myself, a few days behind yours, I'll follow along if you don't mind
