Complete Water changes, how to and what is best method for when the plant is into the flowering stage? I have to add constantly which tells me there is great intake, but what is best to do full change out if already flowering?

I brought in a bin of my vegetable garden soil from last season. Very nice stuff - worms and organics, I ran some water through it ph 6.57 runoff.
** The only thing I am concerned about is these little sacs of spores or pollen ( not sure ) **

Why does coco nutes often only have one A B blend, instead of 2 seperate Veg and Bloom blends?I personally use Plagron nutes in coco, hence I use the same A+B bottles for veg and flower.
When looking at nutes for soil they have the 2 different bottles for veg vs bloom.
So my question here is why does it seem like some coco lines(plagron, canna) only have 1 over both?Setup. Substrates

Lightening Soil - Coco Coir or Perlite?I think my soil is a bit heavy and could have better drainage. Should I add more perlite or some coco coir for my next garden? My base is Biobizz Light-Mix. Can you please tell me if the sides need to be covered with earth?When I covered the soil in the beginning it wasn't like that, but after waterings the soil shrunk and now there is space between the pot fabric and the soil. Should I add more soil to avoid root problems? And also the water drains down there and quickly runs downhill 😞

Clay pebbles at the bottomI'm thinking using this like maybe an half inch in 4 gallon fabric pot - for better airflow for roots & to prevent overwatering. They absorb the excess well and give off slowly.
Been doing this with my normal plants at home and it works well for them. Anyone with experience?
