Hey everyone, I was thinking about doing a 50/50 Fox Farm-Happy Frog and Fox Farm-Ocean Forest as a soil base. Would this mix be to hot? Also I will be using 3 of there nutrients (separately) throught stages of growth. Id love your opinions and experiences on this. Thank you!

This is exactly what I do , ocean forest is too hot in its own and the happy frog is too moist on ya own but it makes a perfect mix! I add in another 10-20% perlite! This works wonders for me! Good luck 👍🍀

Hey man. I would start with happy frog Then transfer in to a 70/30 ocean farms to happy frog Then before you go to flower just ocean. Side note. You should always mix in earth worm castings and extra perlite. Like 30 30 30

Are my TDS high? 660ppm So my TDS are high right?? I live in the Phoenix area, very hard water. I used a garden hose filter that apparently will pull some of the minerals out. But at 660ppm for fresh water after just a light amount of nutrients for the seedling. What happens if I continue like this?

Salt nutrients Hi folks! I can get my hands on Yara Calcinit 15.5-0-0 and a base salt with 6-18-36+3MgO. Does the MgO make the epsom salt redundant? And what are the NPK ratio's I'm aiming for during veg and flower? I have seen and read so many numbers, not sure what to believe anymore. Thanks!

soil not accepting water So last Sunday I watered in a little less than a gallon for each, in 7-gallon pots. the bottom is soaking wet, but about 1/2 inch down the soil seems bone dry. Medium is FF ocean forest and SOHUM Super soil at the bottom. the plants are showing over/underwatered. What do i do??

Nitrogen claw in hot soil. To flush or not to flush - that is the question!Think my plant's suffering from nitrogen toxicity because some of the leaves are clawing and have yellow tips. Substitute for liquid hydroponic nutrient solutions Those solutions (like Hesi Hydro Growth) seem to be ridiculously overpriced, like 10€ for 1 liter fertilizer solution which consists of mostly water itself is a total ripoff in my understanding.
