Its really hard to tell if your trichomes are ready though a pic. You actually need a magnifying glass or something like a jeweler's loop to properly see trichomes up close.
That being said, your trichomes should be cloudy on about 80% of your plant. If they seem cloudy and not clear, thats your time to chop. If you harvest too early(clear, see-through trichomes), your thc content is lower. If you harvest too late(amber, brownish trichomes) you get a very couch-locked, lazy high. If you hit that sweet spot(cloudy trichomes) at harvest, your buds will go down smooth, have almost optimal thc levels, and produce a nice high.
