Should I separate multiple sprouted seedlings into individual pots for best results?

Yes, if you grow them together, the likeliness of your soil's nutrients depleting faster, roots tangling and your plants not being susceptible to your nutrients. So preferably put into new pots separately. Good luck!

Yes, if possible. You dont want your babies to be competing for root space. If planted together, one will usually dominant the other.
