This plant specifically doesn't look too good because it lacks lots of leaves the problem with not having these leaves and be in flowering mode is that those leaves are the one that convert light in to nutrient into flowers so the lest amount of leaves you have less flowers you will develop because the plant needs to absorb light in order to convert it into fat big buds and without leaves how are you going to accomplish that with just flowers and no leaves ? Flowers do requires sunlight but is the leaves that does most of the work. Hope this information helps you out
