Why are some of the stems turning red?

Today I noticed on Plant #1 some of the stems closer to the light are turning red, is this a bad thing? Should I lower light intensity

also consider that in flowering plants produce less chlorophyll, and consequently the leaves of the leaves above all but also the main ones and even the buds become purple. however, it does not seem like a deficiency.

Looks like sunburn. It's not a reason for concern unless it develops other symptoms.

If they are green underneath then its from too much light, if they are all the way red then its lack of phosphorous.
