Guys, I'm going to switch my girls to a hydro system. Do I need to start giving them nutrients??

Hi,
Yeah you can start feeding already but start At a low percentage(75%) of nutrients so the plant doesn't get burn( to small for a normal dosage of nutrients)and increase the amount of nutrients slowly as the plant grows and is more establish to its environment.

Yes, with hydro there is no nutrients in the water at all. Only water, so you have to begin to feed nutrients at the very start.
Follow manufacturer recommendation at 25% and slowly increase throughout the grow so you don't burn your plants out.

Leaves turning yellow/pointing up, stem turning purpleHaving a problem with one of them.. all the leaves have gone very yellow and are pointing upwards. The stem is also very purple now. Missing nutrients high phI put my moisture/light/pH thing in the soil and it is high in alkaline. We have a lot of Alkaline in our water here. Soil is made out on my growers farm. She has grown for 30yrs now. Never had these problems till this year. What can I use to compensate and bring the ph down?

No Color Loss - Week 7 Flower?Sup Gromies!
Got a quickie for yall. Usually around week 5 of flowing the plants tend to fade in color as the buds use up the nutes from the leaves. Well this AMS AK-47 XTRM is holding its color and tomorrow is the start of week 7! The strain only has an 8 week flower. Thoughts?

How to fix nutrient issueI’m wondering if it is nutrient lockout my plant is experiencing. I did some defoliation on day 40 but now i will stop to not further stress the plant. I use citric acid as ph down and runoff ph is 7.1. Day 41 and still no vertical growthe or much new leaves :/

Dark shiny waxy leaves?I have grown for about 3 years.its my first time dealing a bag seed that's completely beautiful.Seems to be growing like a sativa but with super dark leaves that are sturdy and waxy/super shiny. I think I have nut issues?OK here's today's update, 3/9/22. They are all doing great, they're all standing proud now! I think they needed to dry out a little, more light and needed the extra nuts. What do any of you guys think could've caused these symptoms that my girls are/have shown?
