How frequently should i water plant during different phases and by how much?
Also what is the optimal light schedule for autoflower grow? I was thinking of 18-6

It all depends on your set up and your preference. 18/6 is commonly used for auto throughout the grow.
I see you are growing in soil, so I would water them 1-2 times a week. Make sure your pot is almost dried out before watering. Less is more for soil.

Right now you want to keep her humidity up but not super wet, don’t want the roots to rot..
water when the top is dry, put a clear cup on top will help.
18-6 lighting is good, I have mine on a 20-4 schedule.
