Just feed plain water until you want to chop them

I never flush, I just stop feeding and give them plain water the last week so the plant consume whatever is left on the media. I've never experienced harsh taste / smoke

WW taking forever to get to flower5 months to get to pre-flowering stage with WW automatic on balcony. My northern lights auto planted the same day under the same circumstances took only 3 until harvest… anyone an idea why?
These are also the first plant I’ve ever planted so loads to learn here :)
