Different bud structure

Same strain, same grow different bud structure. How come this happen? The one with smaller buds har bigger calyxes and are is more mature with very few white pistils but it has more bud rot and there’s a little difference between the smells to.

Hello Rajtaj,
A single strain can contain various phenotypes. For example, Barneys Farm's Sweet Tooth Auto has got at least 2 different phenotypes. One is indica dominant, finishing in around 8 weeks and growing with very strong indica characteristics. The other phenotype takes 10+ weeks and grows very tall like a sativa. It is very frustrating handling such different phenotypes when growing a single strain indoors.

Is this ready??? autoflowerWeek 15 almost 16, it smells very strong and the leaves are dying
trichomes are all milky cloudy, but no sign of amber trichomes, flowers are too heavy and stems can't support the weight
It's been almost a month since it smelled very strong
