Oh and last but not least - ALWAYS chop off moldy stuff asap. Mostly mold comes from fungi, they will spread spores vigurously and can cause more spots of mold on your buds. If the mold comes from the inside you will see completely brown spots on the part of the stem you cut off. You then have to cut as much as it needs, to get a white/green spot and no more brown inside the stem. You got this, great training and has to happen to everyone once. Cheers bud!

This looks like botrytis cinerea. Not 100% sure, but either way its mold. I would not listen to people that advice you to process moldy stuff into hash/oil/dab etc. unless you know what you're doing and you got healthy lungs. Fungi will be killed by heat but THE TOXINS OF THE FUNGI/SPORES WON'T. This is what many people underestimate.. These toxins can make you collapse if overdosed and if you got asthma or any auto-immune weakness it can become really dangerous. If you really want to process your stuff, make some oil that can be consumed orally rather than smoking it. Definitely safer for the lungs.

Thanks for the advice. I've took the mold bud off, it was only a small fraction of the plant (probably a thumb size amount) the rest are fine and look healthy, hopefully it won't have anymore problems.

it is mold, so you have a few options, option 1 keep growing and when you harvest you need to make hash as that will get washed away and you still will have something to smoke on, you can make hash several ways from ice bucket method, to using alcohol and lightly heating to evaporate alcohol, leaving a nice golden resin , you can also use a dry ice method, just grab a few hash bags, dry ice is cheap and if you do a google search you probably can find a store near you and under 20 bucks you could grab maybe 3-4 lbs, this is by far the easiest way as dry ice is used for shipping frozen stuff. last option cut down and sort through the buds that are not affected, you will really have to look cause you can not smoke any with mold, a pretty risky option. and last resort, you can try to wash your weed, but may not work if your area is humid since you already have mold. sucks but if i was you i would make the dry ice hash. atleast i would be able to still get some thing

Yes they have become crispy. What should I do? Its the only bud what has gone mouldy though (if that's the case)

Could be mold. Are the nearby leaves becoming crispy very fast?
