It is hard to say with just that pic. Looks like it has 2-3 weeks left. Make sure your looking at the buds not the Suger leaves. Also the top buds will mature quicker. As for flushing it is not needed and it's better to reduce feed to 1/4. Unless you know they are over fed then a flush would be better.
