@psilocubensis Unfortunately I use the translator, and sometimes it doesn't translate very well .. However I just wanted to say that perlite makes the seed plow and prevents it from rotting and regulates humidity !!!! Point ... Adjust the humidity, a this case means that ... By putting the grain of perlite on the seed instead of the earth, it regulates the humidity, in the sense that there is neither too much nor too little ..... I've been clear?

Perlite for "retain Humidity" really? Compared to any other kind of soil perlite is the one of the best option for AERATION purpose, which is the opposite of "retain moisture", although it does retains some, and anything does. "Why shouldn't I cover it with perlite ?" - You may cover with a piece from the border of this "sponge". Just put on the top, don't push it, the seed must get moisture from all over the shell.

Why shouldn't I cover it with perlite ?? But do you know what perlite is for ??? Regulates humidity and retains humidity ... !!! I have never failed with this method ... Unlike covering it with me earthly, there is a risk, albeit minimal, that it may rot. if covered with perlite instead more air circulates inside the small hole and always keeps the humidity below. I would say .. perfect !!!

Also ich würde den Samen mit ca 2-5 mm Erde bedecken und diese feucht aber nicht nass halten.
