About 30" for seedlings. Let them grow into it until it's about 24" away then move the light to keep it around 24" away. When they transition to bloom you can let it go 18"-22", depending on how they react. Every plant is different. If the leaves start burning, then pull it up a bit, if the plant starts stretching, move it down.

Photoperiod? or Auto its week 7It is week 7 day 1 and my TOP RIGHT(TR) plant has not shown any signs of flowering (no white hairs). Is this a good indication that this is a photoperiod plant?
