instead of ADVANCED HYDROPONICS - DUTCH FORMULA BLOOM can I use TRIPART FLORA bloom? Because unfortunately it ended for me DUTCH FORMULA BLOOM!

If it has the same stuff in it sure why not. Most liquid nutrients use the same components just in different variations and sometimes with other additives like Yucca or micros.
The main thing is that "TRIPART FLORA bloom" is a three part feeding regeme, so grow+bloom+micro, if your dutch formula bloom is not a three part and only a 1 or 2 part you need to make sure its getting sufficient micro and macro nutrients or you will run into deficiencies.
Go and compare the two labels. then see whats missing or extra then make a plan from there. Or ask a vendor to order it in for you, or order it online if you don't really want to switch.

FYI it gets about 1 hour sunlight from east + 3-4 hours of sunlight from south west.
