You still have quite a bit of ripening left. Not all the calyxes have plumped up. I'd say 7-10 days? some plants finish faster than others. The hairs should not 'look' long. That just means the calyx isn't ripe. It doesn't get shorter but the calyx plumps around it... as it dies a pistil will coil up, of course.... they are 'dying' when they turn color and that's perfectly normal. You can start to scope the trichomes and watch them fog up and start to turn amber. Use that as your guide. You'll want 30-60x magnication to see clearly. You want to scope multipe locations and levels throughout plant.
