color is a tough thing to see in photos sometimes. The only odd color i see looks to be a leaf. so, as long as the rough looking leaves aren't easily pulled out and mushy at end of stem, should be okay? Smell will play a big role too, but a bad smell like rotting material. if you cannot be certain, wait and see. Isolate the plant in the meantime, if you have that luxury.
pull one of those leaves out to check. If it is stubborn, leave it. That is an excellent sign. But if it easily pulls out, push the sorrounding material apart to look in there too- tweezers or something before you try to pull it out or after. See any unusual discoloration or bad smells, it's probably safer to assume the worst.. chop that cola off.. remove carefully .. hope it hasn't spread. Before you go that far, really be certain. Like i said, a photo isn't the best thing to go by. You'd know if there was an odd discoloration of your buds from your day-to-day dealings with it better than me looking at that picture. I see in recent weeks you maintain a 55% humidity? That also bodes well for inhibiting microbial growth. good exhaust etc.. just be sure before trashing anything, because your environment seems fine for avoiding it.
As i look at diary more.. is this a bud along the side of the tent? That could be different if it is resting against it. That context could easily grow something.
