My beans are 4 weeks old with a 20/4 light schedule, I have to move outdoors in summer with approximately a 13/12 light schedule. Will it trigger flowering?

Perfect Mainline End look for maximum yieldFirst decent mainline grow from seed. Still learning. Avoided keeping tiny branches to avoid popcorn buds. Amber and still many clear trichomesApproaching harvest time and im confused with still seeing a lot of clear trichomes.
I identify already about 40%+ amber trichomes at the top of the main cola fading to 20% amber in the middle of it.
Lower buds/colas have 20% amber.
