Dark Green colour after fimming

I have some Dark green coloration two hours after fimming, wondering what that is, Is it blood of the plant ?

I believe it's just the plant cells and tissues that turn dark green when dying. Roses do the same in my garden when i cut a branch, so I think it's the same. Nah, no blood :) Chlorophyll, which is light green ;) (give the green colors to the leaves)
