I have 2 healthy Automaria II, paradise seeds, 3 weeks after germination and 16 cm tall, on the balcony and I am tempted to bend one of them and practice some LST of FIMming to see the difference. I don’t know.. I don’t want to risk the final harvest quantity.. Any advise?

Hello! I recommend that you only do LST if you see that the plant is growing very fast. It can improve the yield, but it doesn't always work with Autos. What I do NOT recommend is doing Topping or Fimming. Most Autos don't handle it well and you could end up with a stunted plant. If you have two identical plants (same strain), you can experiment by doing LST on one and not on the other! Good luck!

Since the plants are outside on the balcony, there's no need to apply LST. The sunlight fully penetrates the plant, but that doesn't happen in a tent under artificial light, which is why LST is done there. I generally wouldn't aim for topping or fimming with automatics, but it's definitely doable with completely healthy plants. I recommend letting the automatics grow naturally on the balcony. However, you can definitely try LST if you like. And if the plant is very healthy during that, it will handle it very well and give you a good yield.
