This is an overflow diary for my Strawberry Gorilla and Gorilla Cookies Diary. These 2 ladies will be in a 2x2x4.5 Mars Hydro Grow System. I'll get right to it. These ladies are looking great! Nice and healthy through the whole seedling stage. Next week is a quick recap to get caught up to the main diary.

September 13, 2023 Day 8 The start of this week. Just a quick recap for the week. They were planted in their final pots this day. These ladies were happily in the main tent in the center of the floor. Lots of light and some happy plants. September 19, 2023 The week was pretty good. These 2 plants are healthy and strong. The dry tent finally freed up and they are now in there. They will be getting the full watering tomorrow and maybe the bottom feed system as well. I may wait on that as these are 1 gallon fabric containers. It won't over water, but it will certainly saturate pretty fast. So I may hold off for another few days. I'll most likely add 250 ml tomorrow to each. Or 500 ml. I'll see how it looks after the 250 ml. The DLI is 22 mol/m²/d with the grow light at the top of the tent. So I'll have to train these with near perfection. I'm hoping they get to at least 18", but I think might be able to get 20" or 24". That's the goal anyway. Everything looks fine and they are growing quite nicely. The RH is low. There just isn't any moisture in the tent yet. I'll have to mist every hour or so today. Tomorrow will be fine after the watering. Grow System Environment: Temp: 78 RH: 52% (misted multiple times to bring it up to 65%) VPD: 1.57 kPa

September 20, 2023 Day 15 This week is the start of the Bottom Feed System. I'll be keeping an eye on these 2 while the soil soaks up the water. I also started the nutrients to make up for the recycled soil. Strawberry Gorilla: This one is tall and strong. Happy as can be. No plant growth, but I'm sure tons of root growth. With the bottom feed system, the roots should start growing exceptionally fast. I expect the vigor of this strain to show in the next few days. As these are 1 gallon fabric containers, I'm thinking I'll get another 2 weeks out of veg. Then straight into flowering. I'll do my best to train her down to keep the height of the Gorilla Cookies. Gorilla Cookies: She's a bit droopy, but I think she likes more nutrients off the bat. Maybe? I'm honestly not too sure. The main grow tent has similar droopiness. But they seem fine. Kinda like they need more heat? I'm not sure to be honest. I may turn the exhaust fan off completely to keep the heat in. Quick Update: One thing off the bat that I noticed today is how slowly these containers prime vs the larger 5 gallon containers in the main tent. It's gotta be a weight thing. I had to pre-prime them before putting them back on the Bottom Feeding Units Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.6° RH: 58.2% VPD: 1.21 kPa DLI: 25 mol/m²/d (the light is already at the top of the tent.) September 21, 2023 These ladies are doing just fine. The RH in the tent is a bit hard to keep up as I don't have a humidifier small enough to run in a 2x2. I've been misting the walls periodically throughout the day. So far it's... alright? I don't know. I can't get it to stay over 58%, but it seems to be alright. I also had to turn a heater on in my room to get the temps up. That worked just fine. Strawberry Gorilla is growing tall and strong. Gorilla Cookies has a more compact stature. Nice leaf production. She's also a little tiny bit droopy. Grow System Environment: Temp: 72.7° RH: 61.5% VPD: 1.09 kPa September 22, 2023 Both plants are looking great today. They each got a nutrient top feed today of 250 ml each. I'll check later on to see how they are doing with the watering. RH is actually pretty good today. Temp is great too. I think I finally got the environment stable. Strawberry Gorilla: Looking good. Great color, stretching, but same short internodal spacing as the other 2 in the main tent. Gorilla Cookies: Excellent growth. Beautiful structure and starting on the 3rd node. Leaves are nice and broad. Color is great! I can't wait to see how she does in the weeks to come. Grow System Environment: Temp: 74.0° RH: 62.2% VPD: 1.12 kPa September 23, 2023 Some noticable reaching today. Right for the light. Both plants bending into the center. So I dropped it down to 24". DLI is 23 mol/m²/d. Strawberry Gorilla: She is reaching hard today. I definitely need to pay attention to the light distance as this light is only 100 watts. She still looks good. Gorilla Cookies: She's doing quite well. Also reaching for the light today. I'm glad to see they both seem to be light hungry. Grow System Environment: Temp: 74.4° RH: 61.2% 1.15 kPa September 24, 2023 Looking pretty good today. I might give another 250 ml with nutrients. The pots are pretty light and frankly, these 2 need that soil saturated to at least 30% I personally think 50% is good for this soil. Strawberry Gorilla: She grew a lot last night. Outward and her leaves are getting big now. I rotated her yesterday to see if I could straighten out the stem a bit, but I thought that the leaning to one side will make it much easier to train. So it's back to where it was. I'll take advantage of the angled stem. Leaves are a beautiful color. She's stretching a bit with her node spacing. Looking good. The lower light height seems to be a good decision. No stress and the sudden growth may show it. It could be a coincidence, but I don't think so. I expect vigorous growth starting today. This should be very exciting. Gorilla Cookies: Also looks great. Nice growth. Getting girthy and the leaves are taking a very nice shape and structure. She's definitely looking good now that the light is closer. I'm also not seeing any signs of stress, so we should be good. Grow System Environment: Temp: 74.9° RH: 69.4% VPD: 0.94 kPa September 25, 2023 The vigor is real! Both of these ladies, much like the other 4 in the main tent took off last night. They have beautiful side branches with the leaves growing super fast. Strawberry Gorilla: This one took off so much last night, I was shocked this morning. There are side branches already stretching out. No watering today, although the pots still feel a bit light. I may add 250 ml later today. She seems to enjoy the daily watering and the super airy soil. At least that's what it seems like. Gorilla Cookies: This one is also looking fantastic. She's got very nice branch growth and her structure, like the others in the main tent, looks nearly perfectly proportionate. Excellent green color. Beautiful stem strength. She really likes the airy soil. As with Strawberry Gorilla, the pot seems light. I may add another 250 ml water today. Just to keep the pot from drying out while the bottom feed system works it's way up. Update: no water today at all. I double checked and the bottom feed wick system is working fine now. I have a feeling the roots have reached halfway down the pot or a little deeper. Another Update: The reservoirs were starting to get a bit low, so I finished off the rest of the gallons I had been working on. I also received some Recharge today, so that will be in the next watering. Grow System Environment: Temp: 76.1° RH: 75.1% VPD: 0.81 kPa September 26, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: I've decided to top this one. I could bend, but I think this is the perfect time to try my hand at topping. Looking great! No watering needed. The bottom feed system is in full swing now and it's working quite well. The bottom of the container is perfectly moist and the reas of the pot is at a perfect 45% saturation. Gorilla Cookies: This lady looks great! She got her first training bend today and it was a wonderful success. The plant is structured perfectly for the start of training. I was going to wait for tomorrow, but it just looked like the perfect time to start. Bottom Feed System is also in full swing and seems to be doing a bit better than Strawberry Gorilla. I'll definitely be checking on her later to see how the training took. Update: I was reading about topping and FIMming autoflowers. What I read from multiple sources, top between 3 and 4 nodes. Not between 4 and 5 nodes. So I tried my hand at FIMming today on Strawberry Gorilla. She has been FIMmed... I hope. But not topped. I feel like if I actually screwed up, the FIM is less taxing on the plant? I think? Anyway, I'm going to ask if this is correct. Let's hope it works out well. I also started LST on Gorilla Cookies. One perfect bend tied down. I'm expecting a nice turn out with this one. As I said earlier, great structure for training. Grow System Environment: Temp: 75.8° RH: 77.5% VPD: 0.73 kPa

Is this FIMed correctly? It's my first time topping or FIMing. I chose to FIM as I've read it can be less stressful on plants. So I'm wondering if I did it correctly. Just after the 4th node. The little pieces sticking out aren't part of the top. Thanks much.

You'll always find people telling you to top or not to top automatic plants. I've topped all my automatic plants and always lst them with great result. If you check out my purple lemonade from fast buds, I've topped and let it and it's flicking huge! Doubled in size compared to all the others. Just do it if you feel like playing around, especially in hydro where the recovery time is minimal.

Saturday 27, 2023 Day 22 This week is a focus on training. I added about 250 ml of water with recharge only. I just want to get it in the soil. I'll be dosing by the beginning of every week. I'll be cleaning reservoirs every 2 weeks. Strawberry Gorilla: She has taken to her FIMing swimmingly... I think. Her leaves are growing straight up and have great color. It honestly doesn't seem like it did anything. Side branches are still going strong. I'll be pulling those down in no time as well. Gorilla Cookies: She took perfectly to her first LST tie down. I had to make a slight adjustment to keep the canopy level today though. She of course didn't seem to have any issues. I'll check on her in a couple hours. She's definitely super healthy and strong. Great stem, beautiful lush green leaves that are getting bigger and bigger. From what I understand, this strain loves to eat. I should be able to keep up though. The light distance went down 1" so the intensity increased. DLI: 24mol/m²/d Grow System Environment: Temp: 76.9° RH: 68.2% VPD: 1.04 kPa September 28, 2023 Both ladies got reservoir refills today with the full nutrient workup. There's some left of each gallon, so those will go top feed in a few days. Strawberry Gorilla: So the FIM seems to have worked and the plant doesn't seem to have been slowed down at all. I hope I did it all right. Maybe it was perfect and it's showing? Either way, I see no signs of stress. Her leaves are getting huge. I'm honestly not sure when I should start LST. Gorilla Cookies: She has taken to her training perfectly. No need to make adjustments today. Tomorrow she will definitely need some though. Great color and very well proportioned. Update: I decided to do some very small adjustments to Gorilla Cookies tie down. I saw opportunity. So it's done. More than likely I'll need to do it again tomorrow. Branches are getting longer and will be ready for training in no time. Grow System Environment: Temp: 75.5° RH: 64.7% VPD: 1.09 kPa September 29, 2023 Not much going on today. No watering needed, no training needed. Both plants look great. Strawberry Gorilla: I believe the FIM was a success. The top looks like there are multiple shoots. I posted a pic. Maybe I'm wrong. Opinions? Anyway, the leaves are lush and full. Branches are growing nicely. I'm not exactly sure how to go about tie downs with the FIM though. Should I bend the whole plant? Should I train just the branches down and then pull the top shoots out? Or should I not touch her until the FIM does it's work? Maybe I'll ask. Gorilla Cookies: This plant is looking great! She's healthy, strong and those leaves are nice and full. It has great color and is taking quite well to the training. I'll keep an eye out before training. I think I'm going to wait for the branches to get longer before doing any further training. Maybe keep the top down for now, but she top stem is too weak to hold her down. For now at least. Update: After inspecting the Gorilla Cookies, I have noticed white hairs. Pre-flower this early? I guess she has like 5 nodes now. With a 1 gallon grow bag. Let's hope for massive growth in the next couple of weeks. I honestly don't expect much from either plant in such small containers, but maybe if I do it perfectly, I can get a good few ounces. Grow System Environment: Temp: 76.3° RH: 65.5% VPD: 1.10 kPa September 30, 2023 Both ladies got about 250 ml of top watering with the nutrients today. I noticed the soil by the stems was dry. So I added some water to get the moisture up and to not let the soil do that anti water thing. Strawberry Gorilla: I finally had the opportunity to start training this one. The FIM isn't quite there yet, but the bend went perfect. So we shall see how it does. Plus, it was starting to get taller than the Gorilla Cookies. Now they are nearly level in height. She is big though. Bigger than the Gorilla Cookies and bigger than the other 2 Strawberry Gorillas in the main tent. No idea what to think about this. It kinda seems like the FIMing is better than the LST for this strain? We shall see. Gorilla Cookies: This one is doing fantastic with her training. She received an adjustment today. The canopy will remain level for the rest of the grow. She's also near identical to the 2 in the main tent. She's super healthy and I expect great things coming from this one. Although both plants are in 1 gallon containers, they are doing just as well and are roughly the same size as the 4 in the main tent with them being in 5 gallon containers. Let's see how things go. I expect some vigorous growth over the next 3 to 4 weeks. Grow System Environment: Temp: 76.8° RH: 70.2% VPD: 0.96 kPa October 1, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: She stood straight up last night regardless of the tie down. I made the adjustment needed and brought the tops down again. I'll let her stand up again and then start working on side branches. That won't be for another day or 2. This plant is the biggest of the 6 I have running right now. Huge leaves, great color and strong stem. No watering today. Gorilla Cookies: This lady looks great. Training is perfectly fine. Not much growth though. Kind of stagnant at the moment. I can only assume it's the calm before the storm. Plus the 2 in the main tent are doing just about the exact same thing. So no worries there. No watering today. Grow System Environment: Temp: 76.3° RH: 68% VPD: 1.01 kPa October 2, 2023 No water needed for either plant today. I've got a bit of a concern. These 2 are the largest and furthest along amongst the total of 6 plants I'm running. All 4 in the main tent are still small with still short branches I can't train yet. It's very odd. Would it be due to the 1 gallon container size compared to 5 gallon? I'm sure that makes a difference, but where is the vigor in the main tent? I wonder if I need more light or less. Strawberry Gorilla: This plant is super vigorous. She had a few branches pulled down as well as some of the big fan leaves. She now has a nice open level canopy. I don't plan on defoliation until I see more foliage. She's bushy and compact now, but in a week, she will be tall. Then I can consider defoliation. I'm still confused as to how this is the largest plant of the entire crop. FIMed, trained and in a tiny pot. One would thong the LST trained plants would be bigger. I must have done something very right with her. Gorilla Cookies: This one also had her branches pulled down today as well as the top again. The canopy is almost level. Just have to wait for some more branches to stretch up a bit. UPDATE: I nearly topped Gorilla Cookies. I should have left well enough alone. I caught it about half broken. I hope she heals up quickly. Second time this has happened. Whoops Second Update: after more inspection of both plants, I believe they are both in pre-flower. Makes sense. Smaller pots hit the bottom faster. I guess? They're fabric pots. What a horrible time to accidentally top a plant. Damn. Grow System Environment: Temp: 75.6° RH: 70.9% VPD: 0.90 kPa October 3, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: This plant is ridiculous. She's bushy and vigorous. Great color. Lush leaves. Training was kind of a chore with all the large fan leaves. I tied the main fan leaves down under the branches, then tied the branches out as well as I could. The top of this plant is loaded with tops. I pulled the newest shoot down to continue letting the side branches grow. I think I'll leave the top alone after this. Hopefully it stays level with the side branches. Very nice indeed. The reservoir emptied last night and I woke up to a light container. I dumped a liter of nutrients top feed. I'll clean and refill the reservoir tomorrow. Gorilla Cookies: Ok, so the broken top stood straight up overnight. It's not healed yet, so I really can't pull the main branch down anymore. I did pull the side branches out to the edge of the container to start getting more outer growth. It looks good for the most part. I'm just going to end up with a main cola instead of several. My mistake has consequences. I could have just pulled the whole top at that point and kept the plant level. I think this is better. She also got a reservoir refill. She wasn't light, but the reservoir had just emptied. So perfect timing. Both plants are definitely in pre-flower. And have been for a day or 2. Now for the flowering stretch. I'm honestly expecting Strawberry Gorilla to take over the tent. I may have to really defoliate her just to give the branches more space and light while not crowding Gorilla Cookies. What LST method should I use with my FIMed Strawberry Gorilla Auto? Should I try to Tie Down? Do I wait for the top shoots to start showing? Tie just the side branches down? Bend the whole plant? Wait and do nothing? Please, all opinions matter. Thanks!

same as any other LST... before it turns woody/rigid to the point it snapps if oyu try to bend it.. that's too late. apical dominance is what you are manipulating. highest growth node takes the most resousrces. permanently or temporarily bending somethign over to even out canopy is an ongoing maintenance process. what space do you need to fill? what is is responsible for in your tent? etc.. shape it as needed. a larger plant you want to keep things bent down and spreading out until it is wide enough to support the size you want - this saves vertical space too. if it's a smaller plant you may just need to spread out branches as they grow vertically a few inches from each other or more... don't have to be as extreme with the bending in that case, but sitll need something to hold it in place - garden wire or scrog etc. if you understand teh cause and effect of apical dominance, you can shape the plant any way you need to. the only wrong way is one that doesnt fit your needs.

October 4, 2023 Day 29 A new week and a new reservoir. Full of nutrients. I believe the single gallon of water can last the week, or at least half of it. So the next watering will be with plain water. Then back to nutrients. Strawberry Gorilla: This plant is doing so great! I'm not sure if the FIM took, but there are a lot of tops and leaves. I was considering defoliation for this one, but I think I'll hold off for now. She got a couple of adjustments as well. Everything looks great. Gorilla Cookies: This plant got a defoliation today. Well, kinda. I cut the main stem fan leaves off and that was it. Nothing else needed to be snipped. I think I'll do a full pruning and defoliation just after the flowering stretch. I'll continue training side branches for the rest of the grow as needed. The top is still healing, so I won't be pulling that down at all. I guess I'm gonna have a big top for this one. It's ok though, I have 2 others perfectly trained in the main tent. Grow System Environment: Temp: 79.3° RH: 67.7% VPD: 1.12 kPa October 5, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: This lady is getting big. Her leaves are massive and she has plenty of side and auxiliary branches with more and more coming in. I may snip off the main stem leaves. Just to open up the bottom of the plant. No watering needed as the Bottom feed system is working in full force. No need to top water at all. Gorilla Cookies: This plant looks great! She has long branches. And with the fan leaves off, there's plenty of room for even more and more air flow. She got adjustments done to the branches to spread them out even more. Update: I found a deficiency in both Strawberry Gorilla 1 and Gorilla Cookies 2. Then I realized me error. I am bottom feeding like Hydroponics. I can't run plain water until they are drinking the full gallon a day. Or maybe plain water top feed once a week. Anyway, I cleaned out all the reservoirs and refilled them with a gallon of nutrients. Let's hope this clears it up and starts growing like crazy. Also, Gorilla Cookies 1 has a bunch of super long roots coming from the bottom of the container. None of the other plants have roots even showing. I wonder what happened? Anyway, very interesting. Grow System Environment: Temp: 79.8° RH: 67.9% VPD: 1.13 kPa October 6, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: I've decided to snip the stem fan leaves off today. She's really starting to get bushy and crowding up. She's also starting to interfere with Gorilla Cookies so I made some positioning adjustments as well as made training adjustments. She looks great. She also needed a reservoir top off today. Strange. She must be getting really thirsty. These are 1 gallon pots with 1 gallon reservoirs. Gorilla Cookies: This lady looks great and seems to have taken well to the defoliation. Her branches got significantly longer, so they were trained down. I still can't touch the top, so hopefully I still get some really nice side branching. Maybe this will be it for training. Maybe an adjustment here and there. But I want to catch up with the top. So training we shall do. Grow System Environment: Temp: 78.4° RH: 69.2% VPD: 1.03 kPa October 7, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: This plant is doing fantastic. She's bushy and well trained. The FIMming really made a difference I think. The 2 in the main tent aren't quite as big. But that is due to container size. She will be done in maybe 7 weeks? Hopefully it will only be 7. That would be awesome. Gorilla Cookies: The top healed! So I gently pulled the very top of the top down to help side branch growth. I'll be checking on her a few times today, just to make sure the top doesn't start to break again. It shouldn't. The main top is really pliable and I didn't touch where the break was, but it's definitely strong enough to hold the tie down. Grow System Environment: Temp: 75.7° RH: 67.8% VPD: 1.01 kPa October 8, 2023 Both ladies got a little bit of a top off in the reservoirs today. Environment is wonderful as the outside weather has finally leveled out and cooled down. Strawberry Gorilla: She is bushy, healthy and branchy. Very nicely growing plant. The LST is doing wonders. Her leaves are a beautiful lush green. Her branches and stem are nice and strong. A small adjustment was done to the top today, just to keep the canopy level and to increase this wonderful branching. I almost pulled a couple more leaves, but will hold off for a few more days and see how she looks. Gorilla Cookies: She looks great! The canopy is still nice and open from trimming those leaves the other day and it's showing. She had the top readjusted and there's no issue with weakness. Perfect for training in my opinion. I did do a bit of push down training on one branch. I could pull it down, but the few days of holding it in place really works. Might as well go all the way. Her structure is quite nice and I think will be tall and level. I'm thinking some decent node spacing. That's what it looks like anyway. Grow System Environment: Temp: 75.1° RH: 65% VPD: 1.06 kPa October 9, 2023 These 2 will be needing a reservoir refill tomorrow. I've also been fighting 74% RH today. No idea why. Maybe it's due to them filling the tent up already and growing exponentially overnight. The tent canopy is level and spread out nicely. Strawberry Gorilla: This lady needed no training at all today. Honestly, I don't think will do anymore training except here and there to keep auxiliary branches from climbing over the canopy. My goal is to let her grow vertically now. The nodes spacing is fantastic for the structure I'm after. So I'm quite happy. Gorilla Cookies: She looks amazing! Branching is perfectly level with the top. Flat even canopy. Very happy plant. I made a tiny adjustment to the top tie down. Just to keep the top from growing for now. Her leaves are filling quite nicely as well. Just a beautiful site. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.7° RH: 70.2% VPD: 0.86 kPa October 10, 2023 Nothing to train today. The canopy is perfectly level. I do have a trellis somewhere for this tent. I may use it to keep the canopy in the same shape. Both plants got reservoir refills today. Full nutrient solution. Also, the reservoirs don't hold a full gallon. More like just over a half gallon. Both plants are happily developing 7 finger leaves. I also think I see some 9 finger leaves coming in as well. I think that's a sign of good health. If not, someone let me know in the comments. Strawberry Gorilla: Is a thirsty plant. She has cleared 2 reservoir top offs in the last 5 days. She also almost tried out from one night of no water. I'll have to keep a better eye on it and not let the reservoir dry up. Her foliage is lush and full. The whole plant has a wonderful layer of fan leaves with all the bud sites popping out. Gorilla Cookies: She's looking great! She was almost empty in her reservoir, so watering wasn't needed immediately, but it's better to keep them at the same level as I can. Branches are really starting to reach and we have a wonderful coverage of leaves. They aren't hindering the branches either. Leaves are lush and a beautiful green. October 11, 2023 Day 36 This week will focus on keeping the canopy level and clean. I'll definitely be cleaning both ladies up by the end of the week. The lower canopy is riddled with branches that won't make it and leaves that are pointing straight down inside the container. These 2 have taken over the width of the tent and they have about 3 inches of space in the back and front. At this rate, the tent will be full in a matter of days. I may have to defoliate just to keep them from overlapping each other. I think it will all depend on how they stretch. Longer nodes should help with air flow and less leaf coverage. Which means less defoliation... In theory that is. Either way, they will both need to be cleaned up more than just the bottom. I'm also hoping the stretch will give me some space to work under the canopy. As it stands both plants are about 2 inches from the soil, so even top watering with a wand is kind of difficult. And obviously the tie downs are also in the way. I may actually remove them after the stretch to hopefully get a bit more space if I need it. We shall see. Strawberry Gorilla: This plant is fantastic! She has a beautiful canopy. Perfectly level, and beautiful colors. Nice deep lush greens. She isn't quite done with vegetation yet, but when she is, I'll be very impressed I think. No training needed today. Gorilla Cookies: This lady is in pre-flower full force. She's a bit further ahead of Strawberry Gorilla, but not too far ahead. Her canopy is near perfect. Branches are almost all level. The main top is still a bit higher than the rest of the plant, but not by much at all. Specs: Height: 10" Water: half full DLI: 41 mol/m²/d Grow System Environment: Temp: 71.6° RH: 66.8% VPD: 0.89 kPa October 12, 2023 Both ladies grew a couple inches last night, so I raised the light to match. I'm fighting a bit of a humidity issue. I can't get it below 70% it's definitely due to the size of the plants in the space. Hopefully I can do something to bring it down. Maybe a defoliation? I already have a dehumidifier in there. I may put the bigger one in instead if I can't find another way to keep the RH down. Strawberry Gorilla: This lady is doing the absolute best of all 6 plants I'm currently growing. She has a perfect canopy and beautiful coloring. The nodes spacing is starting to show and I must say they are a good distance. She's still in veg, but that just means she will be a really big plant. Gorilla Cookies: This plant is beautiful. Even with the partial topping, she is super healthy and strong. Her branches are all level now and she looks like she is going to be in flower in a few days. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.5° RH: 69.1% VPD: 0.88 kPa October 13, 2023 Happy Friday the 13th! No training done today. But I did take a picture of the tabletop canopy I have going. All the branches are growing at the same pace. There's a couple that aren't quite as tall, but training the other branches down will cause more space to be used when I need it for later on. Both ladies got a reservoir top off today. No recharge though. Strawberry Gorilla: She is going through an easy quarter gallon a day. Her colors are amazing and the smell is getting there as well. Very potent and pungent. Not quite strong enough to say it's a normal smell yet. In the next week or so when the buds start to come up, she will be a beautiful stinky plant of awesomesauce. She is still in veg with pre-flower right around the corner. Gorilla Cookies: This lady needs nothing. She isn't going through water as quickly as Strawberry Gorilla, but still thirsty enough. She is almost out of pre-flower. I suppose the flowering time is one of the differences in the two strains. Gorilla Cookies flowers faster than Strawberry Gorilla. Not by much, but definitely enough to notice. This is to be expected though. Sativa dominant strains such as the Strawberry Gorilla takes longer to grow than indica dominant strains and even hybrids. However, we are on week 5 and I would expect both to be in flower already, but that's fine. Update: I turned my heater on to 72° and now have it pointing at the tent. The RH dropped to 58% within minutes. However, the main tent RH is now a little high. Also, as I was looking at DLI and whatnot with the environment, I noticed that Strawberry Gorilla is actually in pre-flower. It must have happened overnight. Sweet! Another Update: I decided to defoliate both ladies to help drop the RH and to open space for new growth. Not much though. Maybe 10% of each plant. Grow System Environment: Temp: 70° RH: 66.6% VPD: 0.84 kPa October 14, 2023 Not a lot to do today. Water is good, training is perfect. The canopy is flat and happy. I had to raise the light 2 inches to accommodate the stretch from last night. Strawberry Gorilla: She's a bit shorter than Gorilla Cookies at 12" vs 13". It's just because she just started pre-flower. Looking great! She is definitely drinking more. Gorilla Cookies: She is nearly out of pre-flower. Her top has a nice cola starting and the side branches are right behind. She's not drinking as much as Strawberry Gorilla, but she is still drinking a decent amount. Both plants are growing fairly fast now. Definitely in the flowering stretch for Gorilla Cookies. While even in pre-flower, Strawberry Gorilla is still growing quickly and keeping up. Grow System Environment: Temp: 74.9° RH: 63.8% VPD: 1.08 kPa October 15, 2023 Both ladies look absolutely fantastic! They are growing at the exact same rate and are definitely in the stretch. They will be receiving reservoir refills today. Full nutrient watering. Top watering as it is definitely not needed. No training as well. They don't need it quite yet. Plus I think I kept them at a decent height in the veg stage. From here on out, I will be doing some very light LST and maybe some adjustments to some of the tie downs already in place. I'll also be doing selective defoliation. I don't want to stress either of them at all. I don't think these will need a trellis as they should crowd enough to hold themselves and each other up. I'll definitely have to clean up the bottom of both plants a bit better than it already is. I'll have to wait for the stretch to end I think. That way I know what I want to keep and what I don't want to keep. Strawberry Gorilla: The result of her FIM. She grew a total of 3 main tops. I found that with the LST before the tops formed caused more or less a reaction that continued normal node development, and then finally landed on 3 total tops. Not the expected 4, but better than 2. The branches are all about the same height with some of the auxiliary branches a little bit behind. Maybe an inch or so. I did cut a couple leaves here and there. Just trying to open bud sites up. Gorilla Cookies: She is looking great! The top bend really paid off for this one. She has a very level canopy the stretch is giving the nodes a good distance from each other. As hoped, this should really help with air flow and space for more bud production. Update: I ended up doing a light defoliation on each plant. Maybe 10% of the leaves are now off. Hopefully that helps keep the RH down. I also opened up a bunch of auxiliary branches and bud sites. Gorilla Cookies didn't really need a lot, but Strawberry Gorilla was too crowded and collecting condensation. Now she is all better. Grow System Environment: Temp: 72.7° RH: 68.5% VPD: 0.88 kPa October 16, 2023 These ladies are taking off like mad. What I don't get is how they are so far ahead now in height and size but the larger containers in the main tent are still short with the same growth coming out. I guess I'll have to wait for them to really fill up their containers with roots. Strawberry Gorilla: This lady is a bit shorter than her sister plant, but still looks fantastic. She's also a bit crowded. Her size isn't a problem yet, but I'm concerned about Gorilla Cookies overtaking the whole tent before she can start to really stretch. After all, this is a super large plant and should be able to hold it's own in the tent. Gorilla Cookies: This plant on the other hand is phenomenal! She's big and tall and absolutely thriving. Her branches are reaching quite nicely where I can't trainer her anymore because of the size of the container. She definitely won't be needing any more training at all. Unless I put the trellis net up. But again, I don't think I'll need that. She's also perfectly open for airflow, but not too open. The top leaves are pretty well spread apart and mostly have their own space without crowding and overlapping too much. Just a perfect plant. I can't even call it little. It's over 14" tall now and I don't expect the stretch to end anytime soon. So maybe I'll get a nice 2 foot plant from a 1 gallon container. Maybe even 3 oz of yield. At this rate, I honestly wouldn't be too surprised. Especially based on the specs of the strain. Heavy yielder and big plant with big fat buds tells me quite a lot. We shall see though. Also, I raised the light an inch to keep up with the growth of the plant. I will soon be running out of space for the light and will have to remove the hangers and stick it to the very top of the tent. Then I should have enough room for 30" tall plants. At least that's about the max height I can grow in this setup. Would be kinda cool if I had a 6ft. Tall tent. I'm stuck with this 2x2x4.5 tent. No biggy, but still. Anyway, these ladies are going to be awesome for what they have going on. Grow System Environment: Temp: 72.4° RH: 65.9% VPD: 0.94 kPa October 17, 2023 Last day of veg. No watering today, but I did notice Strawberry Gorilla is drinking more. At least, that's what it seems like. Strawberry Gorilla: She's a bit behind now. Not at tall or big as the Gorilla Cookies, but still looks great! I took a couple leaves off to make space for branches with bud sites. She's about 14" and has a rectangle shape dues to the confinements of the grow tent. I also removed a couple of leaves to open up space between both plants. My concern is that Gorilla Cookies will get too big and overshadow this plant. Gorilla Cookies: This plant is fantastic! She is about 16.5" tall now and super wide for a plant in a 1 gallon container. The canopy is perfectly level. I removed a few leaves along the inside edge of the plant and flipped her around to free up more space between the two. Her leaves are amazing and colors are spot on. Branching is perfect. So many tops and bud sites. I have concerns with not being able to train anymore. I don't know how I'm going to keep the plant from outgrowing the tent. I wonder if a SCROG net will work. I had to raise the light another inch to keep up with the growth. However, I need to remove the hangers and run a different setup so I can get another 5 or 6 inches. All the way to the top if I have to. I had a grow that hit 36" in this tent. It was too tall I think, but I used the same setup. This time around I have the entire exhaust system mounted outside the tent. I should have plenty of space. Grow System Environment: Temp: 72.2° RH: 64.5% VPD: 0.98 kPa

October 18, 2023 Day 43 This week is the first true week of flowering. Both ladies are officially out of Veg and will start their stretch even more. We will be focused on keeping the canopy clean and level. Watering is starting to increase exponentially. Even in a 1 gallon container, they are still drinking around 1/4 gallon a day. I've learned the technique for hydroponics and wicking into soil. Nutrients are constantly needed as the plant isn't getting a top feed. So her roots will be growing into the wicks and then will take all their nutrients from the reservoir. Especially due to the size of the containers. They are small enough to keep the soil perfectly moist. Both also got pruned today. Just a bit. Clearing out lower branches and leaves that just won't make it to the light. Strawberry Gorilla is definitely slower to grow. She is around 15.5" now and about 2" shorter than Gorilla Cookies. So I lifted her up to match the canopy height. She needed a bit of water today, so I added around a 1/2 gallon for nutrient water. Gorilla Cookies: This plant is fantastic. She is around 17" now and is filling out the right side of the tent. Her branches are strong and tall. She's actually not quite as thirsty as Strawberry Gorilla which is kind of surprising considering her mass is just bigger all around than Strawberry Gorilla. Grow System Environment: Temp: 72.9° RH: 63.8% VPD: 1.03 kPa October 19, 2023 I had to move the light up another inch today. Much growth. Strawberry Gorilla: I flipped her around to allow both sides of the plant to spread a bit more. She isn't as vigorous as Gorilla Cookies, but she's doing quite well. She is also a bit behind in development. Her leaves are super green and lush. Her bud sites are opened up for the most part. She still a bit cramped in the tent, but is still growing nicely. Gorilla Cookies: She is super vigorous. She grew about 1.5" last night and doesn't look like she will be stopping anytime soon. The branches have spread out nicely and wide, leaving room for all the bud sites to grow. I cleaned up a tiny bit under the canopy. Just cleared out super low growth and some really small auxiliary branches were just a waste of energy. I also hand bent down the 2 tallest branches. I'll have to do it multiple times today to get it to stick, but it needs to be done to keep the canopy level help prevent overtaking the whole tent. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.9° RH: 62.2% VPD: 1.09 kPa October 20, 2023 It's warm and rainy today. So it's naturally wreaking havoc on the tent environment. Not too bad. Temp is perfectly fine. Humidity on the other hand is bouncing between 62% and 71%. Such a big swing. I'll be fighting this all day. Both reservoirs got topped off today. The next watering I think I'll drop the amount of Nirvana. To help prevent nitrogen toxicity. Strawberry Gorilla: She got a small pruning and cleaned up underneath. I figure as long as I continue to remove useless plant matter, it should keep the top of the canopy happy and healthy. She has beautiful leaves and has a compact but level structure. Compact mostly because of the space available. I'll check back with her this afternoon to see if there was any stress from the pruning. Gorilla Cookies: This plant is crazy. Tons of growth, strong branches and tons of side branches. As I thought, the stretch so far has kept the foliage manageable and well spaced. I'll do a final defoliation in the second week of full flower. Her leaves are lush and a beautiful green. Both of these plants are getting more and more thirsty. They are drinking roughly the same amount as the ones in the main tent which are in 5 gallon containers. And they are thirsty as well. But these 2 are plowing through a gallon of water in roughly 3 days. Considering the size of the containers, these 2 are really impressive. By far bigger than all of the plants in the main tent... For now anyway. I don't think they will max out at the same level as the main tent, but will definitely be more productive in the mean time and will certainly have a great yield. Grow System Environment: Temp: 74.4° RH: 64.0% VPD: 1.06 kPa October 21, 2023 I noticed that the reservoirs are nearly half empty from yesterdays top off. I wonder if it's evaporating too fast. There is a dehumidifier on the floor in front of them. Oh well. I'll be turning that off in no time. Or I'll have to move it somewhere else. Small tent though. Not much space at all. I may move it to the back of the tent. That seems to be where all the humidity congregates. The light was lifted and inch today. These 2 are growing pretty quickly. Especially the Gorilla Cookies. I'm really starting to wonder how big the Strawberry Gorilla gets. So far all 3 that I'm growing in this tent and my main tent are small. I keep expecting them to take off, but they don't seem to want to. I don't know why either. Maybe the light is too close, but it's 26" away from the canopy and the DLI is 41 mol/m²/d from the 45 it was before I lifted it. I will be stopping at 45 and I'll keep it there when they stop growing. Strawberry Gorilla: She has lush beautiful leaves. Mostly thin finger leaves, but still lots of foliage. I may take more off to free up some very much needed light penetration. I'd also like her to take off so I can take her off the riser and rest on the floor again. It may be later in the stretch? Who knows. Gorilla Cookies: This plant is insane. She grew roughly 2" last night in most spots. Some of the side branches are still catching up, but they are getting there. Either way, I'm expecting a bountiful harvest from this one. I'll be able to estimate the harvest size when I see how fat the buds get. But with a plant this size and with this many side branches and tops, I would wager a guess of 3 oz. The 1 gallon container doesn't seem to be an obstacle for this plant. She's definitely more than 3 times the size of it and still going super strong. My last grow, I had a shorter and more compact plant with lighting issues and still got 2.5 oz out of it. The Gorilla Cookies is larger, wider, has more tops and no issues whatsoever. She's also supposed to be a much bigger plant with a larger yield potential. All that being said, a sound guess would be 3 oz. I don't think I'll get more than that, but if the buds grow as fat and dense as they are supposed to, the plant would theoretically yield 4 oz. But I doubt I'll get that. We shall see though. Update: I was looking at the setup and had a difference in about 2" of height between the plants. So I stacked another riser under Strawberry Gorilla and brought it level with Gorilla Cookies. In turn, the DLI increased to 45. So I had to raise the light another inch. The DLI now rests just above 40. Grow System Environment: Temp: 74.4° RH: 64.0% VPD: 1.06 kPa October 22, 2023 These 2 are thirsty. Both need a top off today. Gorilla Cookies is empty and Strawberry Gorilla is right behind. They got a full top off today. No recharge though. I'll do that next watering. I also decided to top water both of them. Just to barely runoff. Considering how thirsty they are, I don't expect that top feed to last long. Strawberry Gorilla: She started stretching finally. Not too much, but I have a feeling this is how the strain works. She looks great with beautiful leaves and great internodal spacing. No stacking yet, but she is still in very early flower. I'm very excited to see how much she stretches. I cleaned up the bottom of the plant. Just cleaning out unwanted new growth. Gorilla Cookies: This plant is 21.5" tall and still growing. She is officially 3 times the size of the container. It's wide and has excellent internodal spacing. Great foliage. Beautiful color and not too dense. I removed a few leaves that were blocking some bud sites. I can't wait to see how much she grows. I still have about 4" of light space and the canopy is currently 17" away. So I may have to raise the light to the top of the tent for this grow. Not complaining. Grow System Environment: Temp: 72.1° RH: 65.5% VPD: 0.93 kPa October 23, 2023 These 2 are taking up the entire tent. It's only a 2x2, but it's full. Especially from the size of Gorilla Cookies. Anyway, the weather is starting to cool and the humidity is dropping. Which is perfect, because they just started to flower. So low temps and RH are certainly welcome. The RH is still a bit higher than I want it, but it's fine for the time being. I will give it another week before I start bringing it down. 55% is next week's goal. This week was 60% to 65% Strawberry Gorilla: She is small. Just like the ones in the Main Tent. I don't understand. I know it's supposed to be a more compact plant, but her hasn't really stretched at all in the last few days. Her structure is pretty good though. Canopy is level and her foliage is just about where it should be. Maybe a selective defoliation in a week or so. I might wait an extra few days to see if she gets some stretch going. Also, she's a different phenome as the ones in the main tent. Different leaf structure. Also not stacking the same. Maybe she needs a few more days. Internodal spacing should also be addressed. It's very nicely spaced. Maybe an inch apart. Great for big solid colas. I removed a couple of leaves to make space for a couple other tops to come through. Also, I topped off the reservoir with the rest of her nutrient gallon. Gorilla Cookies: This lady is now 24.5" tall. By far the tallest of the 3 I'm currently growing. Definitely not the biggest though. Anyway, her branches are nicely spread and her canopy is quite level. There's 2 main branches that are just above the rest, but it seems fine. Plus, I don't have space to pull them down. Internodal spacing is nearly perfect. About an inch and a half. I also gave her a tiny pruning and removed some leaves. I took off some tiny branches that were never going to make it and removed some leaves that were too deep into the canopy and facing inward. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.7° RH: 58.6% VPD: 1.18 kPa October 24, 2023 This tent is where it's happening. Only because the 1 gallon containers are giving me better plants. I raised the light to the near top of the tent because of the stretch Gorilla Cookies is in. Strawberry Gorilla: She's still short. Only about a third the size of her counterpart. It's just like the 2 in the main tent. I really don't understand what I did wrong for all 3 plants. Or did I do anything wrong and these are supposed to look like this? Seriously don't get it at all. The annoying part here is the set up is completely different from this tent to the main tent. Different brand and style smaller light. Much smaller space, smaller containers. Different location in the room with cooler pockets and higher humidity... For the most part. They are nearly the same in DLI and environmental aspects. Where they are similar is with soil and nutrients. I mostly keep the DLI the same as the main tent, so that shouldn't be a problem. This tent is smaller and is producing bigger plants. Or it seems to be. The Gorilla Cookies in the main tent aren't as tall, but they are definitely more massive. So it's all catching up now, but the Strawberry Gorilla is the concern. Why is it so small? Does it take off later in the stretch? Did I do something wrong? I don't know. The fabric pots in this tent are as we know, 1 gallon with a homemade bottom feed wick system much like the bottom feed bases in the main tent. The 5 gallons in the main tent are about the same size as the 1 gallon. Maybe a bit wider due to the pot size, but not as many tops and nowhere near level canopies. This one looks the best, but is in the 1 gallon pot. Whaaaaaaaa?! I guess I'll have to see in about 2 to 3 weeks when all the stretching is supposed to stop. She will definitely need a defoliation when she is done stretching. Also, from what I have seen, flowering time on this strain is 5 to 7 weeks. Total grow time on average looks to be between 10 and 11 weeks. So I can expect to see a harvest in about a 4 to 5 weeks. Maybe 6? And to make an overestimate, she still has 7 to 8 weeks left. I doubt it though. She's been in flower for a week already. Gorilla Cookies: This one is still taking off. She grew another 2 inches yesterday. Her tippy top tallest colas are kinda close to the light, but I've learned that the 100 watt light takes a lot to cause light stress. As long as I keep it at least 12" above the canopy, it should be perfectly fine. So this plant has quite a few tops and because of that, I'll barely need to trim anything. It will certainly need a final defoliation, but it should be pretty selective. I'm not exactly sure when she will be harvested, but I believe based on the week of flower, she should be done in about 6 to 7 weeks. Maybe 8. Let's shoot for 6 to 7. October 25, 2023 Day 50 This week will focus on lighting and canopy management... As well as I can do it. I'll be pulling the Nirvana nutrient as well. Both plants will now get Big Bud. Although, I'm pretty sure I had Big Bud last week, but either way, it's now official. Strawberry Gorilla: Although she is a short plant, she has a pretty flat canopy and really nice bud coming out. Her internodal spacing is pretty tight compared to the Gorilla Cookies, but a bit longer than that of the other 2 in the main tent. I'll be topping the reservoir off today as well. Anyway, her leaves are super healthy and her stacks are nice and strong. Getting longer as well. Which means I won't need to defoliate as much if at all anymore. Gorilla Cookies: This plant is just ridiculously tall for a 1 gallon container at 27" now. She definitely takes the cake when it comes to the size of these 2. She got a reservoir refill today and a couple leaves pulled to open the central space. I was going to try and train the taller tops down, but there's no chance of that. So I'm just going to let her finish growing. Anyway, her structure is near perfect. Leaf coverage is spot on. No need to defoliate at all. Just picking leaves off here and there. Under the canopy is nice and cleaned up. Everything is looking great. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.5° RH: 59.9% VPD: 1.14 kPa October 26, 2023 The tent is full. So very full. The plants are obviously not super big, but they are big enough to fill it up. Strawberry Gorilla: This one is still growing. Not quickly or anything. Which brings me back to my original issue. Why are all 3 of these plants small and roughly the same size regardless of container size. She's still super healthy and very happy. No issues whatsoever. I removed a couple leaves. Her watering is perfect. The bottom feed system is working quite well. So I really don't understand how small she is. Gorilla Cookies: She is a skinny beast. Super tall. Lots of stacks. Tons of branches. Foliage is perfectly spaced out. No need to snip anything off quite yet. She also seems to be slowing down a bit. However, she still has plenty of time. It's still early flower and I would think she has another week or so to stretch. Not much, but maybe another couple inches. We shall see. As of right now, she is at the perfect height for the setup. She can go another 2 inches or so, but then we are in the high 40s maybe even low 50s for DLI. It's only a 100 watt light, so I don't think I'm in danger of light stress. I noticed today that her container is a bit light. The roots are coming through the whole bottom of the container. What I've noticed is that when the roots get to that point, the soil starts to dry out. I assume it is because the roots are taking up all the water from the bottom at a faster rate than the wicks can handle. I think I'll replace the wicks and create a different pattern. That may help with the absorption rate. I can also add more wicks. I'll try that today and check back in tomorrow. If it doesn't work, I guess I'll have to top feed until runoff to prime the soil again. Other than that, she is super healthy with great color and strong branches. It's raining today, so the humidity is a bit high. I've been fighting it all morning. But I should be able to fix it in a few hours. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.7° RH: 63.3% VPD: 1.05 kPa October 27, 2023 Both ladies seem to be done stretching. Strawberry Gorilla may still be stretching a little, but Gorilla Cookies is done. A total of 29" in a 1 gallon fabric container. Strawberry Gorilla: She has plenty of bud sites. Still small, but the amount of tops should certainly make up for the stature. She got a reservoir refill today as well as a bit of a top feed. Just enough to get her back to the proper soil moisture level and keep the bottom feed going. Her colors are amazing too. Great bud structure, nice and healthy. Tons of side branches. So tons of tops. Gorilla Cookies: She got a full reservoir refill and a nice top feed as well. She was a bit light, so why not water until runoff. This plant is perfect with her foliage and tops. Long and stretched with tons of bud sites all down the stacks. I cannot wait to see how these colas develop. Happily, because she seems to have finished stretching, the leaves are starting to grow more. Beautiful 5 finger leaves coming from the tops. Side branches are looking good. But the lower bud sites still have those 3 finger leaves. I still have no idea what that means. It's definitely not a genetic thing. Not when 4 different strains did the exact same thing. I pulled a couple leaves off to open up a couple tops as well. Now it's just a watch and wait. Keep them watered and fed. Ensure leaves don't cover bud sites. Then overall, leave them alone. Grow System Environment: Temp: 75.8° RH: 63.8% VPD: 1.12 kPa October 28, 2023 So we are fighting humidity again. No idea why it's so wet, but it's really frustrating. Anyway, I'll be fighting that all day and tomorrow. Strawberry Gorilla: Great stacks and flat canopy. Still small, but I can work with it. Maybe I'll try just Strawberry Gorilla alone next time I run it. Anyway, she is healthy, strong and lush. Great foliage. Tons of tops. Gorilla Cookies: This lady hasn't stopped stretching. She isn't taking off anymore, but she grew another inch last night. She may have a bit more in her, but not much. Also, I noticed that the 3 finger fan leaves have stopped and now all the new growth is showing beautiful 5 finger fan leaves. Grow System Environment: Temp: 75.6° RH: 66.4% VPD: 1.03 kPa October 29, 2023 Both plants look fantastic. Each will be getting a reservoir refill today. Not much else going on. Strawberry Gorilla: She had a couple leaves pulled today. Not much, just a couple. Oh, I can't remember if I mentioned it, but I raised this plant up with a taller box. Now the whole tent has a level canopy. She might be a bit taller than Gorilla Cookies main canopy, but she is loving the light now. I think I figured out what the problem could have been. Not enough light during the veg period and into the flowering stage. Once I lifted her up, she started praying almost immediately. I need to remember to ensure praying at all times. However, she is absolutely covered from top to bottom in stacks and bud sites. And I mean covered. She may not be tall or big, but she is packing on so much, I feel like she will completely overtake the whole plant. I may have to remove quite a few leaves to accommodate the space needed for the buds to swell up unimpeded. Update: I found that 2 branches of Strawberry Gorilla had space to be pulled out a bit to make more room in the center canopy. Gorilla Cookies: This plant still has a tiny bit of stretch in her. Mostly the stacking of the buds, but also a bit of internodal spacing. As I said before, I don't expect her to stretch anymore, but a little bit won't be too bad. She is super close to the light with her very tallest colas. There's only a few, but they are around 9" from the light. Grow System Environment: Temp: 74.8° RH: 64.8% VPD: 1.05 kPa October 30, 2023 Absolutely nothing happening today. So this entry will be pretty short. Strawberry Gorilla: Looks great. The whole plant from top to bottom is covered in buds. The tops are all level and even. She isn't too big, but I don't expect big. But the structure and amount of buds tells me she will most likely yield a big number. Gorilla Cookies: Tall and covered in buds. The colas are long and the internodal spacing is really nice. It should give each bud unimpeded space to grow and swell. No watering today. I can't move the light even if I wanted to. It's been topped out. Definitely wish I had a taller tent. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.7° RH: 57.8% VPD: 1.20 kPa October 31, 2023 Happy Halloween! Nothing happening today with these 2. No water needed, no trimming needed, no touching or training. Just let them be for now. Strawberry Gorilla: This plant is impressive in her bud production. She isn't tall, or big, or anything, but where she makes up in size is the fact that the whole plant is mass of buds and short colas. Internodal spacing is super tight as well. So not only is she covered in buds, but they are all super close to each other. So I can only imagine the way she will look in the weeks to come. Gorilla Cookies: She has longer internodal spacing but not too much longer. She still seems to be stacking as well. No really stretch or anything, just some nice buds coming in. She's mostly covered in buds as well. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73° RH: 60.4% VPD: 1.11 kPa

November 1, 2023 Day 57 Strawberry Gorilla: Height: 16" DLI: 56 mol/m²/d (too high) She's full of buds top to bottom. Needs no watering nor trimming. She's also in full swing flower now. Looking great. Although she is small, I expect some great results from her. She's definitely drinking quite a bit. About a third gallon a day. She'll be needing a reservoir refill in a day or two. She also stays perfectly moist from the wick system. Gorilla Cookies: Height: 34.5" DLI: 56 mol/m²/d She's tall and healthy. Lots of bud sites. Front top to bottom. Internodal spacing is pretty good. Some places at the top, there's about an inch and a half of space between nodes. She needs no water today, but I expect to need a refill in a day or two. The wick system is also working perfectly. Perfect moisture level. I may take a couple leaves off throughout the week. Although, I don't think I'll take more than a couple. She's pretty well opened up. Leaf coverage is really good with nearly all the bud sites exposed. There are a couple really low bud sites and side branches that aren't getting a lot of light, but they are building either way. And not much smaller than the top buds. Grow System Environment: Temp: 72.1° RH: 54.8% VPD: 1.24 kPa November 2, 2023 Both reservoirs were refilled today. They just dried out. Overnight. They are both drinking nearly about 1/3 gallon a day. Moisture levels for each of them is perfect. Strawberry Gorilla: This 16" plant has 14" of buds lining each and every branch. The colas are now starting to connect as the buds grow. They have a great cone shaped structure and plump pistils. Took a couple leaves off today. Just to uncover a few bud sites. Now that this plant has stopped growing, the canopy remained level. This 16" plant is short, but makes up for it with structure and bud production. Gorilla Cookies: This lady stopped growing as well. Her structure is a bit chaotic with a very uneven canopy. Several taller branches, some short branches and the rest are fairly level. The problem is that there are too many tall and short tops to consider this an even canopy. So there will be a variety of cola sizes. However, she has a lot of bud sites and great internodal spacing. And also great leaf coverage. Update: I changed my mind. I decided to do a light defoliation on both ladies. I had pulled the Strawberry Gorilla out to look at the leaf coverage and it was just a bit too much. Too many inward facing leaves. Gorilla Cookies got roughly the same thing. Not quite as much as her leaves are pretty spread apart, but there was a good amount taken off. Nothing super noticable. It's mostly on the inside of the plants. I'm trying to leave the outside leaves alone, but I'm starting to think they are a detriment to the spread of the plant. Grow System Environment: Temp: 71.9° RH: 54.7% VPD: 1.23 kPa November 3, 2023 Both ladies got a small top watering with recharge. I've learned from the reservoirs in the main tent that recharge is too gunky for the wick system. So from now on, the reservoir will be filled with nutes and no recharge. The recharge will be administered at the start of each week top feed. Strawberry Gorilla: Her buds are everywhere and getting nice and fat. Plump pistils and lots of trichomes. Super sticky. I popped a couple leaves off that were overshadowing other bud sites. Gorilla Cookies: This plant has some awesome colas and great internodal spacing. Her buds are small for now, but I think she will start fattening up in a few days. The Gorilla Cookies 2 that is flowering in the main tent has plump buds and started flowering a couple days before this lady. So I can expect the buds to start building rapidly in days. A small note. Originally Gorilla Cookies was drinking more water than the Strawberry Gorilla, but now they take in roughly the same. That being said, I find it super interesting what seems to be happening. The size between each plant is drastically different. However, with Strawberry Gorilla, the buds are really swelling now. So even though Gorilla Cookies is much larger, clearly the bud production on Strawberry Gorilla is going super strong. I dunno, I just thought it was an interesting observation. I wonder what's going to happen when Gorilla Cookies catches up. Double the size, double the intake? Maybe. More buds on Gorilla Cookies. 🤔 I'll keep this theory going and make sure to notate it as the weeks go by. Grow System Environment: Temp: 74.6° RH: 55.7% VPD: 1.30 kPa November 4, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: This lady got a reservoir top off and some top watering. She was a tiny bit light. I'll clean out the reservoir when next it dries. She's got huge buds now and they are only getting fatter. This is by far the best of the 3 Strawberry Gorillas that I'm currently growing. Strange. This one is in a 1 gallon container and the other two are in 5 gallon containers. I need to figure out what I did wrong. This one is what I would expect in such a small container. The other 2 should be at least 3 times the size of this one. I just don't know. Anyway, regardless of her size, she's 16" with the whole plant covered in fat pistils covered buds. Colas will be roughly 12" maybe some are a bit longer. As long as they fatten up like they look like, I should see a decent yield. Gorilla Cookies: This plant is doing quite well. She is also full of buds up and down the whole plant. Internodal spacing is definitely longer than that of Strawberry Gorilla, but still a crazy amount of buds. Being as tall as she is, she will definitely end up with popcorn. I really don't want to cut more off, but there are several auxiliary branches that are way down and getting no light. I feel that I'm too late for pruning though. Oh well. I can't make extracts yet. (No equipment) but I can certainly sift and pull out all the kief I can. So far I've pulled 14 grams of it from when I started growing almost 2 years ago. I think that I can get way more this year with better genetics and more experience. However, with more experience comes less popcorn. But still plenty of trimmings to sift. She also got a reservoir top off today. Nothing else to be done now. It's all about bud production. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.6° RH: 54.9% VPD: 1.29 kPa November 5, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: Looking good. Buds are building up. No need to water today. Nothing done. Gorilla Cookies: Looks good. A little droopy today. I'll keep an eye on her. She got a reservoir refill as well. Building buds and starting to smell. Not much else to report. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.9° RH: 56.6% VPD: 1.25 kPa November 6, 2023 Not much going on today. Gorilla Cookies for a reservoir top off and that's about it. Strawberry Gorilla: super fat buds already. Tons of trichomes. Very sticky leaves. Greasy and getting smelly. Gorilla Cookies: Her buds are looking good. Stacks are nice and spaced for maximum swelling. I also like this spacing. It makes trimming a bit easier. No leaves taken off of either lady today. They are both perfect in foliage. So this is it for the rest of the run. I may pull a leaf or 2 as the bud swell more. Update: I pulled a few leaves off of both ladies. Like 3 each, but thought I'd update. Grow System Environment: Temp: 74.9° RH: 56.0% VPD: 1.32 kPa November 7, 2023 Last day of week 8 and both ladies are going super strong. Tomorrow, they will get top feeding with recharge and full reservoirs. So I have a small issue with this grow. In the next 2 to 3 weeks, there will be a couple Strawberry Gorillas being harvested from the main tent. This tent is my drying tent. So what I'll have to do is take these 2 ladies out and swap them with the Harvested plants. The issue is that the light is different, the environment is slightly different and the size of these plants makes it fairly tough to organize. I've already looked into it and I think everything will be fine. The larger Gorilla Cookies will be placed in the back of the tent and the smaller Strawberry Gorilla will be placed at the front. Hopefully I have enough risers to put her up to the canopy. The Gorilla Cookies won't have any issues and may be taller than the canopy anyway. Strawberry Gorilla: This lady is producing some massive buds. Tons of pistils. Lots of trichomes. She isn't as far along as the 2 in the main tent, but she is bigger and healthier I think. She should end up with some 8" colas. Gorilla Cookies: This lady looks great! She is starting to swell her buds now. Packing on a bit of weight as well. I can tell by the sway of the tops. Soon enough those tops may start pulling the tops over. Hopefully the branches are strong enough to not snap. She got a slight top off today. Grow System Environment: Temp: 75.5° RH: 57.1% VPD: 1.31 kPa I'd like to note here that this environment seems to be a bit more stable than that of the main tent. It has to be the big Gorilla Cookies in there. It's covered in leaves and let's off a lot of moisture.

November 8, 2023 Day 64 This week will focus on just watering. Neither plant needs any maintenance nor anything else. I'll top feed them tomorrow I think. They don't really need it. But they will need some recharge soon enough. Strawberry Gorilla: Super fat buds coming through. Very healthy and I've learned what the issue is with the size. After speaking with FastBuds, we discovered it's a ruderalis phenotype. That explains the 3 fingered leaves and the stunted size. Although, I don't think this one had as much of an issue with the growth. She's definitely got a few weeks left. Gorilla Cookies: This plant looks great! Super healthy and buds everywhere. They are starting to swell more now. She needed a reservoir refill today. She was bone dry. I also need to remember to pull that reservoir out and clean it. I'd say she has about 4 weeks left. I've noticed that the Gorilla Cookies is slower to build buds. But I also feel like they will swell up just as much. Can't wait! Grow System Environment: Temp: 74.7° RH: 54.1% VPD: 1.36 kPa November 9, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: She will be getting a top watering today when my nutrients arrive. She looks wonderful with her swelling buds and trichome production. I can expect some pretty impressive results from this one. Gorilla Cookies: She will also be getting a top watering today. Her leaves are a bit droopy today. Not sure what it is. I'm guessing a slight nitrogen toxicity. I'll back off on the base grow. Other than that, she looks great. Swelling buds cover the whole plant. Update: Both ladies got about a quarter gallon of top feed today. I also topped off both reservoirs. Grow System Environment: Temp: 74.1° RH: 52.5% VPD: 1.37 kPa November 10, 2023 Nothing going on today. Just some pictures. Strawberry Gorilla: This plant has some wonderful swelling buds. Lots of trichomes and beautiful green leaves. No watering needed. Gorilla Cookies: She's a bit droopy still. I'm wondering if I over watered her a bit. I'll keep an eye on her. If she starts to claw then I know it's a nitrogen toxicity. I'm not really sure what would cause it. I'll probably have to flush her in a couple days. Her buds are all over the place, but seems a bit airy and wispy. It's still early. I'm sure they will bulk up to some dense nugs. Grow System Environment: Temp: 75.2° RH: 53.4% VPD: 1.40 kPa November 11, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: Nothing to do today but to observe. Buds are getting fatter. She might end up being one mass of nugs. She has serious potential here. Maybe a good yield from this plant. She also got a top off this afternoon. Gorilla Cookies: Still droopy at the top and the top only. Light stress? I'm thinking maybe over watering now. Nitrogen deficiency could be the other option, but I'm not seeing real clawing. It's droopy not clawing. Plus the leaves don't look to be dark enough for nitrogen. Either way, she's kinda slow in bulking up. I wonder if it's due to this stress. It's only been about 2 days now. So I just have to wait for her to finish drinking the overflow of water. Speaking of, it's now late afternoon and she cleared out the reservoir. So it got a nice cleaning. I also discovered the abundance of nutrient gunk in the reservoir which I'm sure was not helping the plant out. This is also the last week of Big Bud and will be changing over to the Overdrive nutrients. There will be 2 weeks of that before flushing. Grow System Environment: Temp: 75.4° RH: 51.2% VPD: 1.48 kPa November 12, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: Nothing to do today with this lady. She is happy and packing on weight. Lots and lots of trichomes and beautiful pistils. They are starting to turn orange now, so in a week or 2 I'll be flushing and getting her ready for harvest. Gorilla Cookies: She definitely has nitrogen toxicity. I flushed her this morning with a half gallon of RO water. I feel that's enough for now. Another flush tomorrow with the rest and we will see how she does. Granted her reservoir is still full of nutrients, but with the flush, it should pause reservoir drinking and focus on the water in the soil. I was thinking she was a bit over watered, but she's the same weight as the Strawberry Gorillas and that one has absolutely no stress whatsoever. The other Gorilla Cookies in the big tent like a lot of water as well. So it's my guess the clawing up top is the toxicity levels. Maybe they aren't too bad. But it needs to be fixed either way. However, the leaves aren't too dark everywhere. Just the ones up top. The rest are still pretty vibrant with no signs of stress or clawing or drooping. Update: I'd like to add to what I have been looking at today. I noticed that Strawberry Gorilla had some foliage covering some bud sites, so they came off. The buds are all nice and fat and still growing. I also noticed how long the buds stack on Gorilla Cookies. They are all tall buds. I'm rather excited to see how they come out. And considering they are already all over the plant, I can only expect a decent yield. Nothing crazy though. We shall see. Grow System Environment: Temp: 75.0° RH: 50.8% VPD: 1.47 kPa November 13, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: She looks wonderful! Big buds and still growing. Pistils are starting to turn orange evenly, but not a lot. No watering needed. That's all for her today. Gorilla Cookies: This plant is stressed and I don't really know why. I'm going to just leave it alone now. I flushed and am waiting for the water soil to dry up. It could be the light. Too close to the tops. Grow System Environment: Temp: 72.7° RH: 50.8% VPD: 1.37 kPa November 14, 2023 Last day of the week. Overdrive nutes start tomorrow. Strawberry Gorilla: More bulking of the buds. She looks great! Her reservoir was completely empty so it got a full refill. She will also be getting a top feed tomorrow with Recharge. It's all prepared now. Nothing else to report with her today. Gorilla Cookies: This lady is still stressed. However she seems to be recovering. She got a full reservoir refill today as it was nearly dried up. Her leaves are starting to pick back up. Not the ones at the top. I think those are permanently stuck in the clawing position. But the rest of the plant looks pretty good now. It might take a few more days to recover. Anyway, she may not get the top feed tomorrow. I'll have to decide tomorrow when I look at her. Maybe I'll have to wait a few days. Or just a small top feed. Either way, she looks good and is packing g on the weight. Buds are starting to swell and she has some nice lush green leaves. Update: I'm almost certain Gorilla Cookies has nutrient lockout. Burning tips, clawing leaves. Definitely needs another flush. For now I removed the wicks so she doesn't have anything but fresh water. I think I'll do that for the next few days. She can hold off on a top feeding for now. I'll probably drop the Micro and Grow base nutrients in half and leave the Bloom where it is. I will drop the Cal/Mag from 4 ml to 3 ml. Add overdrive and leave it alone. I was looking at the Nirvana, which is now known as Tasty Terpenes, and realized this stuff is for flowering. So I may increase the dose for the next couple weeks while they finish up. The changes will start with Strawberry Gorilla and when Gorilla Cookies is ready, she will get the same changes. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.2° RH: 51.8% VPD: 1.37 kPa

November 15, 2023 Day 71 A new week closer to a wonderful harvest. Although these are 10 week strains, I'm not so sure they will meet the mark. Lol. Maybe 3 weeks left for harvest? Another week of flower. Maybe 2, then a week of flushing. I'd like to see 2 weeks of fade. Not to mention, I'd also like to start flushing when the pistils are about 50% orange. That should give me a week of flushing before harvesting. Strawberry Gorilla: This plant looks great. Her buds are getting fatter by the day. Pistils are steadily turning orange all over, but slowly. I can see maybe another 2 weeks of flower out of her before she needs the flush. But I've never grown this strain so I'm not exactly sure what to expect. Her leaves are starting to get a bit dark and the tips are starting to get a slight burn. I see too much nitrogen. Luckily, today I cut the Base Grow nutes in half. So she should bounce back in no time. She got a full top feed today. About 1.5 liters of water until runoff. Just to get a fresh top watering with some recharge. Gorilla Cookies: She's still upset. Another flush today. She dried out fairly quickly without the bottom feed system. I'll leave it like this for another few days until I see some improvement. I won't flush tomorrow though, I want to let her dry out a bit. Maybe I can start the bottom feed system in a couple days after the last flush, if needed of course. I'll have to empty it out and refill with the new regimen. Anyway, she has some pretty decent buds happening now. Slow to fatten up, but it honestly looks like she is just taking more time than needed to stack. Then she will start to plump up. At least that's what I'm hoping. I don't see why not. This strain seems to take it's time growing. Maybe it's due to her being sativa dominant? That would make sense too. Speaking of, the 3 Gorilla Cookies I'm growing are all different phenotypes. The biggest is definitely an indica dominant, then the next is certainly a hybrid. The one in this tent is taller than the hybrid, but more lanky. Her internodal spacing is long where it's near perfect on the hybrid. Both have advantages. The biggest one, the indica, just started flowering, so I'm not really sure how her internodal spacing will be. Branches are kind of long, but the leaves are huge. So far, from what she has, her internodal spacing will be fairly short. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.1° RH: 52.3% VPD: 1.35 kPa November 16, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: She looks fantastic! Her buds are nice and bulky. Super dense and ready to pack on more weight. She's definitely not done swelling either. The pistils are still long and not skhriveled up yet. There is an abundance of orange pistils, but it's like 20% all over the plant. Very well distributed. It just tells me I won't be waiting for certain parts to finish up. It should all finish up at the same time, giving me a very healthy harvest. Gorilla Cookies: The burn is still going on. But maybe it's lessening a bit? I'm not really sure, but I'll keep flushing for another day. She got one this morning. After tomorrow, I'm going to reactivate the bottom feed system. Somehow I'm going to have to figure out how to get the full reservoir out without spilling and replenish it with fresh nutrients of the correct measurements. Her buds are starting to swell. Slowly bure surely. That must mean she is getting better. I could be doing it right. Nice. Or not. No clue. Grow System Environment: Temp: 75.3° RH: 50.2% VPD: 1.50 kPa November 17, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: This lady has about 2 weeks left. Her pistils are starting to change a little bit faster now and her buds are super plump. Trichomes are looking really good as well. I can say this is definitely a frosty strain. Anyway, she will be starting Overdrive with the next feeding and the Big Bud will be removed next week. From what I'm seeing, I'll get about 2 weeks more of flowering and then I can flush for a week. So 3 weeks total left for her? Gorilla Cookies: She still looks sad, but now I'm starting to think she won't actually recover the leaves. Maybe it will take another day or so. She doesn't seem to be getting worse at all. Unfortunately I couldn't remove the water without spilling it everywhere, so I reactivated it and will water it down using a gallon of plain water. That should do it. After that, she will be back in the proper feeding regimen. Grow System Environment: Temp: 75.5° RH: 50.4% VPD: 1.51 kPa November 18, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: This plant looks really good. I did not expect her to be such a nice looking plant. Or as big as she is in a 1 gallon container. She's totally covered in tops and buds and they are still swelling. Another 2 weeks and she should be ready. Maybe 3. I can't quite tell yet. Gorilla Cookies: This plant is way bigger than I could ever have imagined in a 1 gallon container. I'm not complaining at all. She doesn't seem to be getting any worse so maybe she is recovering. Not to mention, the buds swelled up pretty nicely last night. Depending on how her reservoir looks later today, I might top it off with plain water again. That should do it for the rest of the reservoir. I'll clean it out when it's nearly dried up and fill it with the new nutrient regimen. Update: I changed the feeding regimen entirely. I took out the Base Micro and Grow. I also removed the Cal/Mag. Basically anything with nitrogen in it. There will definitely be enough in the soil to last the rest of the grow. I also increased the Tasty Terpenes to 5 ml and Bud Candy to 5 ml as well. Overdrive and Big Bud stayed the same. Hopefully this helps with the nitrogen issues I'm starting to run into. Grow System Environment: Temp: 76.0° RH: 54.4% VPD: 1.41 kPa November 19, 2023 Nothing to do today. Some notes for both plants, but no activity. Strawberry Gorilla: She's looking really good. I'm assuming it'll take a few days for the nutrients to kick in. A few more to use up the rest of the nitrogen in the soil. Her buds are really fat and seem to be swelling a bit more. I'd say another week of flowering then another week of maturing before harvest or even before flushing. Gorilla Cookies: She looks to be bouncing back. The damage on the leaves is permanent, but she should start lightening up quite a bit in the next week or so. Other than that, I have been observing her buds and I'm not seeing much swelling anymore. I'm assuming it was due to the nitrogen toxicity. Now that she's almost recovered, I can only assume she will get back to it in no time. Not to mention the new nutrient regimen. Update: I decided to remove some leaves from both ladies today. Not much. Just enough to open up some space and make some air flow. Strawberry Gorilla got most of it. I took a few off Gorilla Cookies but I want to wait for her to fully recover before I remove anything else. She definitely needs to be cleaned up. Not only inside the canopy, but outside the plant. The leaves are blocking airflow from the sides. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.7° RH: 53.0% VPD: 1.35 kPa November 20, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: She took perfectly to the defoliation and has some nice open space for airflow. She's still super dense with fairly large sugar leaves. She also got a full top watering today. She was really light and the bottom feeding system seems to be inactive. It should fix now that I have some runoff. Gorilla Cookies: This lady got a full defoliation today. Well, about 15% pulled off. She really needed it. Lots of leaves that were just smashed in the middle of the plant. Some on the outside that should have been removed a month ago. Either way, she looks perfectly healthy and needed the defoliation. She needs no water today. Her reservoir will need a refill tomorrow I think. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.4° RH: 49.0% VPD: 1.45 kPa November 21, 2023 Last day of week 10 and both ladies look good. Next week is week 5 of flower and should be getting into the maturing stage. Strawberry Gorilla: I'm very satisfied with how this plant is turning out. It's really cool how she's in a 1 gallon container. Once she is done, I think I'll get a couple ounces from her. I'm hoping for 3 oz, but I'm not expecting it. However, I did grow a watermelon in my last run and I got roughly 2.5 oz from her. She wasn't as solid as this lady. This lady also has bigger buds and more of them. She has very little in popcorn buds because of her short stature. So I should be looking at 3 oz of dried bud. I don't cound trimmings. Although, I maybe should. Not in the final results, but definitely leave it in the notes. Gorilla Cookies: Is definitely feeling better. Her leaves are starting to lighten up and buds are getting fatter. I'm happy that I caught this issue and managed to fix it. Anyway, her bottom feed system is working pretty well. I'm debating how much I want to feed her tomorrow. I think I'll just go to runoff with the recharge. So probably a half gallon. Grow System Environment: Temp: 71.6° RH: 49.9% VPD: 1.34 kPa

November 22, 2023 Day 78 This week will focus on bud building and keeping up with watering. Both ladies have been top watered today with runoff. The reservoirs will need cleaning this week. I'll just wait for them to empty out. Strawberry Gorilla: This plant looks great. Her stacks are fat and dense. She's healthy and happy. Nothing else to report today. Gorilla Cookies: She's definitely recovered and building those colas up nice and plump. Happily she is covered in buds just like the Gorilla Cookies in the main tent. Shes about 3 to 4 days behind from what I can tell. It's probably due to the stress she was under. Maybe a day or two behind from flower as well. Anyway, she won't need anymore defoliation. Hopefully the fade starts in a week or so. Grow System Environment: Temp: 74.0° RH: 56.8% VPD: 1.26 kPa (Rainy day. A bit humid out) November 23, 2023 I found no stress from the watering yesterday. Both plants seemed to have taken it perfectly. I really can't ask for a better grow considering the size of the grow space and containers. Strawberry Gorilla: This plant is the picture of perfect. Her structure is absolutely beautiful, canopy is level and her buds are rock hard. I can't wait to find out the dry weight. It's a very promising 3 oz from previous grows of this size. I added a bit due to the density. Nothing but good things for this plant. Gorilla Cookies: She's looking much better now. The only thing that has me concerned is her bud structure. They are long and wispy. However, I don't think they have gotten to the bulking stage yet. So it's just a waiting game. She had buds everywhere and long colas. They will be big and fat in the end, I'm sure of it. Grow System Environment: Temp: 74.1° RH: 57.4% VPD: 1.24 kPa November 24, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: She needs nothing at all. Buds are getting fatter, pistils are turning orange and she is an overall healthy and happy plant. I expect to harvest her in about 2 weeks. Maybe a little earlier, but I'm looking at 2 weeks with flush another week of nutes and then a week of flushing should be on point. Gorilla Cookies: She looks good. All better from her previous stresses. She's packing on weight now and I expect her to finish up in roughly 3 weeks. Maybe 2. She emptied out her reservoir overnight and got a new full refill. I really need to keep on top of this particular plant with watering. She is definitely a thirsty girl. Grow System Environment: Temp: 74.1° RH: 49.3% VPD: 1.47 kPa November 25, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: This plant is starting to enter the fade stage. Especially since I removed the nitrogen. If she starts to shed too quickly, I may add the Micro Base back in. It has some nitrogen in it and should help with the Bloom Base. I'm not adding grow back. I also may add a dose of cal/mag for the next top watering. Speaking of watering. I found some weird little bug larvae swimming around the reservoir surface. I emptied the reservoir and clean the crap out of it. I also sprayed some of the safe pesticide on the container. I also had to dump another but of top watering to her. Not much, maybe a liter. But the reservoir was not working. I fixed it all and readjusted the wick and refilled the reservoir with new nutrients. It should activate in no time. Gorilla Cookies: This plant is shedding leaves a bit now. Finally. It means I got rid of the nitrogen. She is also drinking pretty quickly. I had to refill the reservoir today. I will probably have to refill again in a day or 2. I'm very happy with my work at fixing the nitrogen issue and getting her back on track. Now to just let her do her thing. I also noticed her main top seems to be foxtailing. I'm not surprised. That top is close to the light. It might not. Just looks like it may be foxtails. I will have to see. Grow System Environment: Temp: 75.1° RH: 46.9% VPD: 1.58 kPa November 26, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: Nothing to do today. No watering needed at the moment. I may too the reservoir off later today. It just depends on what the reservoir looks like in a few hours. Anyway, she is super frosty and starting to get more orange pistils. Another week of Overdrive I think. Then a week of flushing. Gorilla Cookies: Not much going on with her today. She got a reservoir refill and that's about it. I am noticing that the majority of the lower buds on this plant are completely wispy and popcorn. The tops are the only things that look half decent, but they don't seem to be swelling anymore and that can't be good. She also has these tiny leaves to match the tiny lower buds. I feel like I ruined this plant. Maybe I did. But I'm still going to keep her as healthy as possible. I wonder though, is she really healthy or can I just not tell? I'll just keep an eye on her progress as I do everyday. Lol Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.1° RH: 51.8% VPD: 1.36 kPa November 27, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: she just emptied her reservoir today. So I'm going to let the container dry out for a day and at the start of the coming week I will start flushing. So 2 days from today. She's definitely ready for the flush. A nice amount of cloudy trichomes and a couple amber here and there. Perfect timing... I think. Gorilla Cookies: So I have some concerns with the bud production of this plant. Very larfy and I'm assuming it was from the stress from the nitrogen toxicity. It must have stopped her bud production. Hopefully it just delays the flowering and she will catch up with some fat buds. I doubt it though. If she comes out air and larfy with a lot of popcorn buds, I'm going to see if I can find a press to borrow and make some concentrate. She will continue with the Overdrive coming up and will stop the Big Bud. She should have about a week left of this stage and then the ripening stage will start. I'm guessing it will be a week or 2 of ripening. So about 3 weeks as I was thinking. Anyway, as she topped out at all round 36", I can't really complain. We may still get some pretty decent colas out of her yet. Grow System Environment: Temp: 74.9° RH: 52.6% VPD: 1.40 kPa November 28, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: She has emptied her reservoir and got a bit light. I was supposed to start the flushing period tomorrow, but today is fine. She got nearly a gallon of water flushed through and the reservoir dumped out. I'm using flawless finish, so I don't need to completely flush and I'll let the nutrient do the job. But the first flush was important in my book. Now she should drink the water in the container but also the fresh Flawless Finish in the reservoir. I'll just have to keep an eye on the reservoir now. She shouldn't need another top watering at all. Just the reservoir from now on. Maybe. She might need another massive flush at the end of the week. Just a couple of days before harvest. Gorilla Cookies: This one emptied her reservoir today as well. She isn't light though, so I did a small top feed to runoff and then dumped the rest in the empty reservoir. I'll refill the reservoir tomorrow. She looks alright. Lots and lots of bud sites, but super small buds. She should start picking up the pace and packing weight on any day now. November 29, 2023 Day 85 This week we focus on watering and plants at 2 different stages. It shouldn't be too hard. Strawberry Gorilla: She got a reservoir top off with Flawless Finish. Looks great! Purples are starting to come in on the leaves. Her buds have a nice purple hue and I can expect even better buds after this flush and her fade. Gorilla Cookies: She is still in the mid flowering stage. I'd say another 2 weeks of flower before flush. Her buds are definitely fattening up. Today alone I noticed a big change in her main cola. Nice and fat. Big flowers coming out everywhere. She looks like she's going to be super chunky. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.0° RH: 53.0% VPD: 1.33 kPa November 30, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: This lady is looking great! The flush seems to have brightened her leaves a bit. A great sign! Her buds are fat and heavy. I can't wait to see this fade. She already has purple hues coming out on the leaves. This is going to be my prize Strawberry Gorilla I think. One of the others in the Main Tent may actually be bigger, but it's tough to tell because they are in vastly different container sizes. So this one could be an illusion of size and the other in its 5 gallon container makes the plant look smaller, but this could also be an illusion. I do t think so though. I'll find out when harvest comes around. 1 to 2 weeks left for this lady. Gorilla Cookies: So I now have some concerns. This plant seems to have foxtails everywhere. I could be wrong, but I'm familiar with them. So this plant may not turn out as bountiful as I originally thought. However, she still has a good 3 weeks left... Maybe a little less. But that's plenty of time to build those buds up. We shall see. I'll keep doing what I can to keep her healthy and happy. She seems to have taken well to the watering from yesterday. Let's hope she does just as well in the end like the 2 in the Main Tent. Update: I was taking a closer look at Gorilla Cookies and noticed it's just the upper colas that are doing the foxtailing. I could be wrong. But I'm pretty sure it's a light issue. The light is topped out and close to the 3 main tops. We shall see. The rest of the plant still has small buds. But they are forming more evenly. Grow System Environment: Temp: 72.4° RH: 53.9% VPD: 1.26 kPa December 1, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: The Flawless Finish is already producing results. Her leaves are starting to turn purple and fast. There was just a little bit here and there. And today she's covered in beautiful purple colors and hues. Some pink on the buds with dark orange pistils. And she's covered in trichomes. She will be absolutely gorgeous at this rate. So excited. Her water intake is pretty good. She's drinking roughly a third of a gallon a day. It's pretty good intake relevant to her size. Gorilla Cookies: I really can't tell if her tops are foxtailing. Some of the buds on the other Gorilla Cookies in the Main Tent are doing the same thing but not as drastically. If this is foxtailing, I is definitely the light distance. The lower part of the canopy has no signs of foxtailing. Not yet at least. I still could be wrong. This could be how she grows. I dunno yet. Anyway, she is doing quite well with this dose of nutrients. She's thirsty and drinking close to a half gallon of water a day. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.1° RH: 52.3% VPD: 1.35 kPa December 2, 2023 It's raining today so it's a little humid. Nothing bad, but a little bit higher than I'd like. Over 50% instead of under 45%. No big deal. It's still in range. Strawberry Gorilla: She cleared out the reservoir overnight I think. So she got a full reservoir refill this morning. The fade is kicking in more and more. She definitely looks like she will be done in about a week or so. Maybe a little bit longer. I'm still expecting a bit more weight to be put on and maybe a bit more swelling. Gorilla Cookies: This lady is still looking like she won't produce much, but I have a feeling that won't be the case. Her buds are putting on weight. Especially the top colas. Still looks like foxtailing, but either way, the colas are getting fat now and that means the lower tops will catch up soon enough. Maybe not as big, but still decent and dense. I'm counting on the density of the strain to make up for the small buds. She also emptied her reservoir last night, so a reservoir refill was in order. Everything looks good now. I'd also like to add that I should have defoliated this plant better in the center. It's really crowded and squished. That is mostly due to the compact space she is in. Honestly, I think she will do much better when she gets into the Main Tent. That should be in 7 to 10 days. Grow System Environment: Temp: 74.1° RH: 53.1% VPD: 1.38 kPa December 3, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: She looks great! The fade is starting to really show now and a ton of her leaves are turning a nice deep purple. I can't wait for her to finish up and see what this fade looks like. She needs no water today, but maybe tomorrow. Also, I haven't checked the bud density in a bit, but her buds look more dense now. With a week or so left to go, she may pack on even more weight. Gorilla Cookies: This lady is building her buds up now. Over night her main top puffed up 50%. Still looks like foxtails, but now big fat foxtails. The rest of the plant as I thought is starting to catch up. The lower part will end up with a lot of larf I think. But the tops should be nice and dense. Can't wait to see the end result. 3 to 4 weeks left I think. Update: I took a pic of one of the colas on the Strawberry Gorilla and it's beautiful. Purple leaves. Dark orange pistils. Some beautiful tequila sunrise colors. What a wonderful start to her fade. It took a few days, but there she goes. Another week like this and she will be perfect. Grow System Environment: Temp: 74.8° RH: 54.4% VPD: 1.37 kPa December 4, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: She looks absolutely beautiful now. Purple leaves everywhere. Buds are super dense and the smell is dank. They're also a nice deep purple with some pink hues. Trichome production is spot on with her stage. Week 1 of flushing almost over. Another week or so and she will be ready for harvest. Maybe up to 10 days. Just to really get those cloudy trichomes. There's still too many clear, but also lots of cloudy and an amber here and there. Her leaves aren't shedding yet, but I think that will come soon enough. She got a reservoir refill today. It's taking roughly 2 days to empty it out, so I need to keep an eye on it. Gorilla Cookies: She's definitely starting to swell her buds. I would say another 2 weeks or so in flower, then a week or 2 of flushing. So maybe 4 weeks left. She needed a reservoir refill today. I added the cal/mag back in for now. She is starting to show a deficiency of either nitrogen or calcium I think. It's still early, so everything should be good now. She's also just too dense in the center of the canopy for any of the light to really penetrate below the main tops. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.5° RH: 55.8% VPD: 1.28 kPa December 5, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: Nothing going on with her today. Just drinking the water and fading away. Very beautiful plant. I'd say another week of flushing before harvest. I may do a final defoliation on her in like 5 days. Just before she is supposed to be harvested. I am predicting around 2 to 3 oz out of this one. Gorilla Cookies: Nothing going on today as well. Just drinking her feed and getting dense. Another 2 to 3 weeks left of flower for this one. Then a week or 2 of flushing. It's really hard to tell, especially in the condition she's in, but I'm guessing 2 to 3 oz for her as well. The lack of large side branches leaves me concerned for her yield. December 6, 2023 Day 92 This week will focus on watering and harvesting... Maybe. Strawberry Gorilla: She is fading, beautiful and colorful! Her aroma is sweet, pungent and loud. She's taking water in at a great pace. About a quarter gallon a day. A tiny bit slower than before. So this is another sign of maturity. I'd say another week and she will be ready for harvest. I doubt it will be any longer. She has all the signs of maturity except for the trichome mix. Her pistils are still sticking out a bit. So that's also a thing. Maybe a little more than a week. We shall see. Gorilla Cookies: This plant is kind of a mess. Foxtails on the tops, skinny loose buds on the bottom. No idea what happened here. Anyway, she is looking alright. Lots of bud sites and still a good 2 weeks left of flower. So I'm still hoping for some weight to be put on. She's drinking roughly just over a quarter gallon a day. I'm going to increase the bloom Nutrients a bit to see if it helps with some final growth. Also, I'm a bit confused with how little she is drinking for such a tall plant. She has plenty of girth for at least a half gallon a day. I will say that the leaves are definitely lightening up a bit. So no more concerns with Nitrogen. I'm also wondering why her leaves are so small. Maybe it is the mix of autoflower, container size and tent size. All compact. But with a taller plant. 🤔 Who knows? Grow System Environment: Temp: 72.9° RH: 50.3% VPD: 1.40 kPa December 7, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: This is my best of the 3 Strawberry Gorillas I have been growing. There's one in the main tent that will most certainly have a larger yield, but she isn't quite as nice as this one. The fade is beautiful. Her buds are rock hard from top to bottom. Even the little popcorn buds are insanely dense. Her aroma is sweet, pungent and super loud. She has about the week left. I think. Trichomes are mostly cloudy, but there's still a decent amount of clear and a few amber on the sugar leaves. So that should be about right. A full 2 weeks of flushing living soil makes sense to me. Gorilla Cookies: She's still a little bit behind. Her top most colas definitely have foxtailing going on. But the buds that are foxtailing are huge and dense. So I'm not too worried anymore. She's taking in a little over a quarter gallon a day. Still don't really get why it's so little based on her size. Oh well. Science that seems to elude me. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.0° RH: 46.7% VPD: 1.50 kPa December 8, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: Just more fading. Not a lot. I think she is getting ready to start yellowing and killing off her leaves. Sometime this week. She needs nothing to. Water is fine. Her reservoir is still about a quarter full. When it dries out, I'll be top feeding from then on. A gallon of Flawless Finish should do the trick for the rest of the grow. I don't think she will go any longer than that. If so, plain water after. Gorilla Cookies: Buds are starting to swell more noticably. And she seems to be getting thirstier. She drained the reservoir last night. So a quarter gallon over night. I refilled the reservoir. I'll be leaving it like that for as long as I can. I feel like the nutrients in the soil are doing just fine and I don't think I'll need recharge for a while. She still has to go through the rest that I added last week. Not to mention the constant flow of nutrients from the reservoir. So no top feeding for this one as long as her wick system stays in tact. She has a big ole main cola complete with foxtails. That has to be from the light distance. Nothing else could do that. At least with how she has been taken care of. Maybe it was from the nitrogen toxicity, but I doubt it. It has to be the light. The lower part of the plant doesn't have foxtails. But then again, the lower part of the plant has skinny colas. They should fatten up over the next couple weeks. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.4° RH: 48.0% VPD: 1.48 kPa December 9, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: She is almost all purple! What an absolutely gorgeous plant. I couldn't be happier with her outcome. She dried out the reservoir today, so I removed the wick system and will top feed from now on. Flawless Finish and then plain water. I checked her trichomes today as well. Not much change from yesterday. A few more cloudy trichomes, but still very little amber. I want to see around 15% amber. There aren't any on the buds either. So the rest of the week. I'm wondering if I started the flush too early. No idea. I don't think so though. Soil takes 2 weeks to flush. Gorilla Cookies: She's putting weight on her top buds. The lower branches are starting to put weight on as well. She needs no water today. Everything looks great. Nothing to do with her. I may pull her out and try to clean up the undergrowth a bit in a few days. Just a tiny bit. You know, find the largest leaves and snip them off. Grow System Environment: Temp: 74.6° RH: 46.6% VPD: 1.57 kPa December 10, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: She is even more beautiful. No shedding of leaves, but some lower ones are starting to yellow a bit. Nothing falling off, but I don't really expect it to. She is short and level and has light throughout the entire plant. I won't be checking trichomes today. I don't think they are ready yet. I'll check in a day or 2. She got a half gallon flush with 8 ml Flawless Finish. After this gallon, I'll switch to plain water. Gorilla Cookies: She looks alright. Nothing really going on with her. She got a reservoir top off and seems to be putting on more weight. Not much on the swelling right now, but I think she still has an extra week left in flower. Her leaves are a beautiful green. Not too deep and not too light. The lowest part of the plant will certainly have tons of popcorn and larf. I'll add those to the trimmings. Grow System Environment: Temp: 75.2° RH: 50.9% VPD: 1.49 kPa December 11, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: 1 more day and I'll do another flush. Her fade seems to have stopped. Very pretty plant, but the leaves are starting to get crumbly. Some of them anyway. The rest are locked in at beautiful stages of purple and yellow. I was going to check the trichomes today, but I still feel like she has more time. A few more days. Gorilla Cookies: She got a reservoir top off today. No top water needed. I also tried to flip her around, but the main cola would be directly under the light. That will cause more issues with the foxtailing and potential light burn, so I put it back. Bummer. The whole side of the plant there is under developed. So it will definitely take more time. How much more? Maybe a week? So closer to 4 weeks before harvest I think. Maybe 3 weeks. I'm over estimating I think, but that's good. I'm in no rush. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.9° RH: 49.3% VPD: 1.47 kPa December 12, 2023 This is the end of week 13. I'm starting to think I'm doing something very wrong. I've never actually come even close to harvesting any plant within the timeframe of the breeders. Nowhere close. Both of these strains are 10 week strains. I'll have to figure it out at some point. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. DM me or leave a comment. I'd love to hear what everyone thinks on this situation. Strawberry Gorilla: She has just a couple days left. I was considering harvesting tomorrow, but I decided to give her about a liter of Flawless Finish. Honestly, I should have just let her go, but I'm not satisfied with her amber trichomes count yet. Not to mention, she really isn't showing any signs of dying off. Her leaves have faded, but nothing is yellowing yet. A few more days won't hurt. Plus I'm also waiting for another Strawberry Gorilla in the main tent to finish up. Then I'll have space to move Gorilla Cookies into the main tent. Gorilla Cookies: Nothing to do with her today. No dying leaves. No shedding, nothing but bulking up and maybe building some more buds, but I don't think so. I think she is resting before she fills up her buds with wonderfulness. In the next 2 to 3 weeks, she will have fat heavy buds that pull the branches down. At least that's what every picture I see has been doing. I don't expect any different for this plant. It's just taking more time. No water needed today. I'll do a top off tomorrow. I hate to say it, but I'm pretty sure these foxtails may cause an issue. They are super dense though and it seems the actual cola is getting fat and heavy. Grow System Environment: Temp: 74.5° RH: 45.0% VPD: 1.61 kPa

December 13, 2023 Day 99 This week we focus on getting Strawberry Gorilla harvested and dried. We will also focus on keeping Gorilla Cookies clean of any dead leaves to help prevent any mold, but rot, buds or whatever else a dead set of leaves will cause. Strawberry Gorilla: This plant is so very beautiful. Purple leaves and buds with bright greens. Every single bud on the plant is rock hard. Even the lowest popcorn buds are super dense. I can't wait to see what she yields. Also, she is totally covered in sticky trichomes. Mostly cloudy with a decent amount of amber. Next to no clear. I'm going to wait a couple days to make sure she is completely ready to go. I'm letting her dry out now. Should be a day or 2 before she starts to show signs of stress. I really cannot get trichome pics. I shake too much and my phone doesn't have a true macro camera. And the silly little clip on one is terrible. I'll be purchasing a wireless handheld microscope. I'll get pics of the trichomes on Gorilla Cookies when she is ready for them. Gorilla Cookies: This plant is starting to look pretty good now. Buds are swelling, branches are starting to lean a bit. Main colas are heavy and everything looks to be back on track. She got a reservoir top off today. I may do a small top feed just to get some recharge in the soil. I may wait for tomorrow and run the top feed until runoff. It should only take around a liter as she is currently at a perfect moisture level. But I really need the recharge in there. So top feed we go. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.7° RH: 44.9% VPD: 1.58 kPa Update: I decided it's time to put Strawberry Gorilla in a 48 hour dark period. Joining her is another Strawberry Gorilla from my main tent. Gorilla Cookies was moved to the main tent. Everything seems to have worked out pretty well. Both plants are on the floor and should stay nice and dry there. The vents are bringing in the dry air and the dehumidifier is really small, so this should do the trick. Gorilla Cookies has plenty of space and I think a little bit better light penetration. We shall see. It is a brighter light. December 14, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: Day 1 of the Dark period complete. I'll be harvesting tomorrow afternoon. So far from what I've seen today, she is maturing at a nice rate. Can't wait to see the end result. Gorilla Cookies: She definitely has a bit more room in the Main Tent. The light is higher up, so a bit more light space and penetration. Hopefully the change doesn't stress her out too much. She will be needing a reservoir top off at some point today or tomorrow. I was also considering a light top water with recharge. Dark Tent Environment: Temp: 68.5° RH: 44.5% VPD: 1.33 kPa December 15, 2023 Day 101 HARVEST Day Strawberry Gorilla! Strawberry Gorilla: 101 days of growth and here we are. HARVEST DAY! Updates will be in the harvest tab. Gorilla Cookies: She seems to be doing well in the main tent. I don't see any extra stress. Buds are fat and getting fatter. I'd say she'll be ready for flush in about 10 to 14 days. In the meantime, her main cola looks like the end of a club. Huge and the foxtails are super fat. Maybe they will swell and connect after all. She got 1 liter of nutrients top feed today. She also got a reservoir refill. No stress from the watering. Hopefully it spurs her on to bulk up some more. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.9° RH: 47.0% VPD: 1.48 kPa December 16, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: Day 2 Drying Gorilla Cookies: She is very happy in her new home. More space all around and deeper light penetration. Airflow is also much better due to the extra space in the Main Tent. Hopefully she will mature a bit faster in the lower section of the plant. There really isn't a canopy with this one. It's kind of just all buds and long branches. She did kinda get away from me. She needs no water today and nothing else. I was going to rotate 90°, but the light penetration is really good where she is right now. So I'll leave it this way. For now at least. Grow System Environment: Temp: 72.8° RH: 49.0% VPD: 1.37 kPa December 17, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: Day 3 Drying. Temp and RH are in range. Everything seems to be fine. Another 4 days or more. Gorilla Cookies: She looks better. Much happier with the extra space. I'm still not going to rotate her. She has the best light from this spot. She got a reservoir refill today. So I'm looking at her buds and I'm not seeing that many orange pistils in the lower part of the plant. I don't think she will be ready for flush for another week. I could be wrong. I'll check next week and see where she's at. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.4° RH: 46.1% VPD: 1.47 kPa December 18, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: Day 4 Drying Gorilla Cookies: Definitely gonna have a ton of larf and popcorn. The top half of the plant is foxtailed and the main canopy is a mix of nice buds and foxtails. No water needed today. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.3° RH: 48.9% VPD: 1.40 kPa December 19, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: Day 5 Drying Gorilla Cookies: She's getting close to needing a flush. Half of her pistils are orange now. I'm just waiting for the trichomes to start turning cloudy. It should be less than a week for that. No water needed today. Nothing else needed. An interesting note. This plant is receiving the exact same nutrient regimen as the 2 Gorilla Cookies in the Main Tent. Those ones started shedding leaves a week ago. But this lady hasn't shed a single leaf. I wonder why that is. Weirdly enough, this plant has faced the most stress of all the plants I'm growing. Nitrogen toxicity, light stress, then some other stressor I'm not aware of. I'm going to top feed tomorrow with recharge. Just a liter. Enough to get a small amount of runoff if any at all. Grow System Environment: Temp: 72.9° RH: 47.2% VPD: 1.42 kPa

December 15, 2023 Day 101 Harvested. This plant was amazing to grow. She thrived and ended with some amazing colors and super dense buds. Wet Weight: 18 oz Estimated Dry Weight: 2.73 oz. Actual Dry Weight: TBD Dry System Environment: Temp: 66° RH: 50% (will be fixed) December 17, 2023 Checking in. I haven't opened to the tent except to mess with the environment. And that's just enough for me to turn the humidifier on or off. It's been off for the last 18 hours. The humidity is stuck around 50% with the humidifier off but then it goes to 63% with it on. So I think I'll leave it off for another couple days then turn it on when the plants dry out a bit more. The temp is decent if not a little high. It hovers around 65° to 67° with spikes up to 69° kinda wish it would hover around 63° oh well. Quick update: I filled up a tray with water and put it in the tent on the floor. That worked wonders. The tent is now sitting at 65° and 55% humidity. Nearly perfect. December 20, 2023 Day 5 Drying Just checking in. It's day 5 and I checked the branches last night. A good 5 days more I think. I'll check again in a couple of days. Dry System Environment: Temp: 66.3° RH: 53.2% VPD: 1.03 kPa December 22, 2023 Day 7 Drying She will be done in the next day or 2. I found a snappy branch and trimmed up the little bit of bud on it. 1 gram. Anyway, this stuff is potent. And I mean POTENT. A little spicy, a little earthy, some pine in there and a nice sweet undertone. The exhale is heady and earthy. The high is fantastic. Lasts for hours and this wasn't even real bud. It was lower popcorn buds. So they won't be nearly as potent as the top of the plant. And this is without curing. 2 weeks of a nice cure should really bring out her full potential. I'll update ASAP with the yield. January 23, 2024 Update: after a 30 day cure, she finally is ready for smoking and oh my is it good smoke. I'm high as a kite and I can't even explain how delicious this strain smells and tastes. It's amazing! Best tasting bud I've had in a long time. If not ever. COMPLETE

December 20, 2023 Day 106 Strawberry Gorilla: Day 5 Drying Gorilla Cookies: This is the last week of nutrients. Next week will start the flush cycle for 2 weeks I think. There's a whole lot of nutrients in the soil. She's getting more orange pistils now. About 50% I'd say. Her buds, although foxtailed, are pretty dense. It should be fine from now on with the light distance in the Main Tent. Trichomes are still nearly all clear. I'll start flushing when she has 50% cloudy. She got a reservoir refill today. And a very slight top feed. Just under a liter or so. Grow System Environment: Temp: 72.8° RH: 46.4% VPD: 1.44 kPa December 21, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: Day 6 Drying I checked the branches today. Definitely another 5 days left. Happiness permeates my bones. This will be some really nice smoke. Gorilla Cookies: She's looking pretty good. Still has all those foxtails, but dense and her aroma is wonderful. No water needed today, but she will continue to get nutrients for the next week. Then I'll start flushing her. Other than that, nothing else to report today. Grow System Environment: Temp: 72.6° RH: 45.6% VPD: 1.45 kPa December 22, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: Day 7 Drying I checked the branches today and they are getting close to done. 2 of them snapped with ease, but the rest are still kinda bendy. Another couple of days I think. Gorilla Cookies: Not much going on today. She got a reservoir top off today and that's all. No leaves to remove, no rotations be needed. Although, I may try to rotate her 90° tomorrow. We shall see. Anyway, the buds are bulking up now and starting to put some serious weight on. I don't think it will be nearly as much as the other 2 Gorilla Cookies in the Main Tent, but still a decent harvest from a foxtailed plant. Grow System Environment: Temp: 72.7° RH: 45.6° VPD: 1.45 kPa December 23, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: Day 8 Drying Gorilla Cookies: This lady is doing quite well. She isn't doing much in the sense of bulking up that I can tell, but I can feel the buds getting hard and more dense. Maybe she is bulking and I just can't tell. It could be possible. The tops are all foxtailed so I don't have much of a gauge for density. I checked her trichomes today. Nothing to write home about though, so I don't have pics posted yet. I'll start trichome pics and a video next week. Grow System Environment: Temp: 72.5° RH: 43.3% VPD: 1.50 kPa December 24, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: Complete Trimmed and jarred at 66 grams. Gorilla Cookies: She looks like the rest of this week is all she needs before the flush period. Not much going on today. Just trimming Strawberry Gorilla. She doesn't need any water or anything. I don't know if I've mentioned, but she smells really sweet and gassy. Different from Strawberry Gorilla. Anyway, not much else to comment on. Grow System Environment: Temp: 72.5° RH: 45.8% VPD: 1.44 kPa December 25, 2023 Merry Christmas! Strawberry Gorilla: Day 1 Curing Gorilla Cookies: This little lady is doing alright. She's putting more weight on the bottom branches. Slowly, but it's getting there. She still has a good 3 weeks left. She got a full top feed today. About 2 liter as well as a reservoir refill. It was bone dry. The soil wasn't too far behind either. I added an extra 2 ml to Overdrive today. Just wanna give her a final boost for the rest of the grow. Even the foxtails are starting to get super dense. They are also hardening off. Grow System Environment: Temp: 72.3° RH: 49.5% VPD: 1.33 kPa December 26, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: Day 2 Curing Gorilla Cookies: This lady is near ready for flush. I'll start after she drains out her reservoir. Should be a few days. I'll also check the trichomes tomorrow. When they start showing more cloudy I'll start flushing. Which ever one comes first. I'm betting a few more days. The timing should be perfectly on point. Anyway, her buds are definitely putting on more weight and the lowers are starting to get a bit heavier. There will be tons of larf and popcorn though. No big deal, as long as the popcorn hardens off. I also rotated her a bit. Around 90°. Just trying to get more light to the lower part of the plant. One last thing. The top half looks like it could be harvested today, but the bottom half looks like it needs another week. Fortunately, I have supplemental lighting on the way. Hopefully that helps the lower part of the plant catch up a bit more before harvest. Grow System Environment: Temp: 72.1° RH: 51.3% VPD: 1.29 kPa

December 27, 2023 Day 113 Strawberry Gorilla: Day 3 Curing I just got my grove bags, so there won't be any burping. 2 weeks of curing time should do it. Maybe 3 Gorilla Cookies: This lady is nearly done now. I think I started flushing a little late. As in today. The top half of the plant is just about ready for harvest while the lower half still has white pistils. Lots of trichomes, but still not ready yet. So I removed the wick system and will be top watering Flawless Finish as needed. She my be harvest ready in the next few days. Maybe tomorrow? I don't know. I have the lights coming in tomorrow, so those should help speed the maturing process along quickly. Anyway, I'll be harvesting very soon. I think I'll remove some fan leaves before harvest. Just to make trimming gonna little faster and to give more air flow while drying. It's raining and gross today. Unfortunately, that means the RH in the tent is too high. So I need to keep an eye today. Open the tent up every couple of hours to let any extra moisture out. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.2° RH: 52.6% VPD: 1.30 kPa December 28, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: Day 4 Curing The whole yield is in a quarter pound grove bag now. It's sealed so there's nothing to do but let it cure for the next 4 weeks. I can't wait. This stuff is fire! Gorilla Cookies: This lady definitely has a bunch of amber trichomes on the tops, but after further inspection, its more like a quarter of the plant is ready for harvest. Just the tops. So the supplemental lighting may help things move along. I'm not expecting anything of substance, but it will certainly mature faster and I'll be able to harvest sooner. She got about 1.5 liters of Flawless Finish top feed today. She'll be needing a new top feed every couple of days from now on. I only expect her to last another week. Maybe a little less, but still no fade on this lady. However, her leaves are popping off without any pressure. Just touch and some of them pop right off. Some of them won't even take a pulling or bending. So she's definitely not quite ready yet. Grow System Environment: Temp: 74.1° RH: 55.5% VPD: 1.25 kPa It's rainy and humid out here, so the tent is suffering from it. It's not too bad, but it has been hovering over 56% and that's unacceptable. Even with the tent door wide open, it only goes down to around 52%. It shouldn't last more than a few more hours. We just need the temp to drop a bit and everything will level out. At least down to around 51% for now. We have a could front coming in soon, so that'll fix the issue. December 29, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: Day 5 Curing Gorilla Cookies: She is just about ready. The top seems like it's definitely ready to go, but I want the lower part of the plant to mature up a bit. Hopefully the supplemental lighting will help move that along. She will need another flush tomorrow. I'll give her around 3 to 5 days. I won't be able to do a dark period with this one. The tent will already have a drying plant in it and they won't be able to fit in there at the same time. Unless they are both drying. On the other hand, I may be able to squeeze both in there. We shall see. Grow System Environment: Temp: 74.1° RH: 52.7% VPD: 1.32 kPa December 30, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: Day 6 Curing Gorilla Cookies: She isn't showing much, but I don't really expect her to with the new lights. She is too far along. I'm just hoping for a faster maturity rate. She definitely needs to be harvested within the next week. She got another flush today with the Flawless finish. I don't know how many flushes she has left before harvest, but I doubt it's much. Maybe 2 or 3? No signs of fading though. It's strange. This plant and the smaller on in the main tent haven't faded at all. While the big one in the main tent looks like she will have a wonderful fade. I wonder what I'm doing wrong with this one. Maybe the soil is just too rich for the short term flushing. Maybe she really needs a full 2 weeks of flush. We shall see. I will check trichomes tomorrow I think. I don't think I'll see much difference from 2 days ago. Not in the lower part of the plant that is. The tops are all ready to go. They could certainly use a tiny bit more time, but they are definitely ready to go now. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.2° RH: 50.7% VPD: 1.34 kPa December 31, 2023 Strawberry Gorilla: Day 7 Curing Gorilla Cookies: She's taking a bit longer than expected, well, actually I originally expected about a week after another Gorilla Cookies from the main tent. I harvested it today. This lady looks like she may be harvest ready in the next 3 to 5 days. I'm hoping she will take a bit longer so I can clear out the dry tent for her. She got about a liter of Flawless Finish today. I'm not sure if she is still as thirsty as she once was. Honestly, I can't tell. She was using the wick system so efficiently, before, I couldn't say how much she was actually drinking at the time. Maybe a liter a day? So she may have not changed her drinking volume at all. Which also means she isn't ready for harvest. The lower part of the plant is still immature. However, the supplemental lighting seems to be helping to move things along. We shall see. Let's hope for some extra time. Ultimately 10ndays would be perfect. But I'm almost certain that won't be a thing. It's too far away compared to her maturity level, especially with the main tops. Those are all nearly ready to go as it is. They could be harvested anytime. But I can still hold off anyway for more amber trichomes. Her leaves are loaded with them, but I don't see a bunch on the buds yet. I'd like to see 20% amber with this plant and preferably no clear. Grow System Environment: Temp: 72.6° RH: 47.8% VPD: 1.40 kPa January 1, 2024 Happy New Year! Strawberry Gorilla: Day 8 Curing Gorilla Cookies: I believe the lights are doing the job now. The lower part of the canopy is starting to harden off, pistils are turning orange and trichomes are starting to turn cloudy. At least from what I can see. She got another top watering today with about a liter of Flawless Finish. It looks like she is still drinking at the same rate as before. I wonder if I started flushing a bit too early. It's quite possible. But maybe not. The top of the plant is ready to go as it has been for nearly a week. I'm going to check the trichomes in the next day or 2. I don't think it's absolutely necessary at the moment as I can tell the bottom of the plant is still very immature, but moving along nicely. I wonder if foxtails take less time to finish up than a solid bud. An interesting theory. However, the plant has been about a week behind anyway due to the few stressors she was under. Anyway, I think I can hold off harvesting for the week coming up. Update: I had to turn the main light intensity down from 40% to 30% for the large plant in the main diary. The PPFD is around 750 now. Apparently the light intensity should be dropped around this time anyway, so maybe I'm doing a good thing for this Gorilla Cookies. I'm leaving the supplemental lighting alone for now. I believe it is doing something. Grow System Environment: Temp: 72.9° RH: 46.3% VPD: 1.45 kPa January 2, 2024 Strawberry Gorilla: Day 9 Curing Gorilla Cookies: Today was another top feed of Flawless Finish. She is cruising through water at a decent rate. I'm pretty sure I was too early with her flushing. The supplemental lighting seems to have perked her right up. The lower part of the plant is showing healthy deep green growth instead of the light green from before. The little budlets are swelling up as well. They aren't tight, dense or anything like that. There are clusters of them all over the lower branches. No real formed buds. But will be great with the trim. At least from what I won't be able to salvage as a bud. Even a loose bud is better than a trim bud. I've also decided to wait to harvest this lady for when the dry tent is cleared out of another Gorilla Cookies that's in there. It should have around 8 days left. Frankly, I'm not worried about it. It'll be a good experiment to see how this strain does with a higher percentage of amber trichomes. Although, at this rate, I don't think 8 days is off the mark by much. I know a lot can happen in 8 days, but I don't think the lower part of the plant will have a problem with it. Lots of clear trichomes. Plenty of cloudy, but definitely too many clear. Grow System Environment: Temp: 72.9° RH: 45.2% VPD: 1.47 kPa

January 3, 2024 Strawberry Gorilla: Day 10 Curing Gorilla Cookies: Harvest Day! After 120 days of growth, she is finally done. She weighed 25.5 oz whole plant. I had to chop her up to fit her in the tent with the other Gorilla Cookies from the main tent. Surprisingly, she weighed more than the other Gorilla Cookies by 1.5 oz. For only a 1 gallon container, she ended up being huge. Most of the weight is from leaves and stems. But the majority of the tops are pretty impressive even for foxtailing everywhere. Dry System Environment: Temp: 62° RH: 55% January 4, 2024 Now that 2 plants are in the dry tent, I was afraid of it being overcrowded. And it was for a little bit. Then the leaves shrunk in and pointed down and there is just enough space between branches that I'm satisfied. I'll definitely have to rotate the drying rack every other day to prevent uneven drying and any mold or mildew from growing. Although, I don't think that will be a problem with the environment. Strawberry Gorilla: Day 11 Curing Gorilla Cookies: Day 1 Drying Dry System Environment: Temp: 63° RH: 50% January 5, 2024 Strawberry Gorilla: Day 12 Curing. Taste test in 2 days. Gorilla Cookies: Day 2 Drying I'll be flipping the rack around today. January 6, 2024 Strawberry Gorilla: Day 13 Curing Gorilla Cookies: Day 3 Drying January 7, 2024 Strawberry Gorilla: Day 14 Curing I'll be waiting for a month before cracking the grove bag. So 2 more weeks left on this lady. Gorilla Cookies: Day 4 Drying January 8, 2024 Strawberry Gorilla: Day 15 Curing Gorilla Cookies: Day 5 Drying January 9, 2024 Strawberry Gorilla: Day 16 Curing Gorilla Cookies: Day 6 Drying She's all alone now. I trimmed the other Gorilla Cookies and bagged it up. This lady may be done in a few days. January 10, 2024 Strawberry Gorilla: Day 17 Curing Gorilla Cookies: Day 7 Drying I'm not too sure, but I think she'll be done in a day or 2, but probably in the next day. Some of the tiny branches snapped. But only on a couple of them. I've also managed to bring the RH up to 55% but the temp is a bit high at 65°. I would much rather the 62° it's been hovering at for the whole drying process. January 11, 2024 Strawberry Gorilla: Day 18 Curing Gorilla Cookies: Day 8 Drying I think I have to start trimming today. I'm nearly certain that I'm over drying the buds when I start trimming due to the super low RH. So I don't think the snap test works for me. I think I need to focus on how crumbly the leaves get. I did squeeze a bud and it felt pretty good. A bit sticky, but felt good. Unfortunately, I can't smell anything really. Like the Terpenes all degraded. I don't know how that would happen. Maybe it's the fact that I have a constantly running extraction fan? It's on very low though. January 12, 2024 Strawberry Gorilla: Day 19 Curing Gorilla Cookies: Day 1 Curing All trimmed up from last night. A total of 97 grams. 72 of it was decent bud and 25 of it was larf. However, because the whole plant ended up foxtailing, it took nearly all day to trim. It was worth it though. 3.5 oz is a decent yield. Now for a couple weeks of curing. Also, sorry, but no big nug pics. It's all foxtailed and I don't have any that I like enough to photograph anyway. Trust me, nothing to worry about. Lol January 18, 2024 Just checking in. It's been a week since Gorilla Cookies started curing and everything looks great! Strawberry Gorilla is nearly done with her 4 week cure. I can't wait to try it out. I may update my smoke reviews with the cured outcome. Strawberry Gorilla: Day 25 Curing Gorilla Cookies: Day 7 Curing
