Plant development erratic. How to harvest.My plant seems to be developing at different rates on different parts of plant. Half the tops seem ready for harvest. Amber trichromes starting to show up. Other areas still white undeveloped buds. Should I till things even out or harvest now. Or harvest in chunks.

Flowering/Preflowering/Showing Sex in Vegative stage?Today I noticed all my outdoor plants have pistils after being 3-5weeks outside. How much longer?Northern Lights Auto RQS D65 from seed. The leaves are drying out quick! not sure if I should leave it one more week or take it down today. I know the photos aren't the best quality but would appreciate the advice. I see no amber trichs, almost 100% milky.
