Nitrogen deficiency?

Minou
Minoustarted grow question 4 years ago
My leaves have been turning yellow/pale and slowly dying off. A few leaves have already died and it's moving up the plant slowly but surely. I'm guessing it's a (N)itrogen deficiency, but don't know how to solve it.

Hey there Minou, actually it's lockout basically there's too much N . you can see this based on the "too green" aspect of the leafs, that's basically what happens when there's too much N : the leaves can become a bit shiny or too green, then you find signs of deficiency even though you're feeding. So you need to maybe even stop feeding altogether for one week or so then start feeding again but at half of the dose you're currently giving which is much too high. Hope this helps ! 🚀

Also happens if you have some lockout happening, so you should always check your runoff ph and ec levels to make sure your ph is in check and ec levels arent way high. Cheers friend

Your plant is going to need less and less nitrogen at this point, so it's not really something you will have to fix if it's N deficiency. On the other hand, it will be wanting more and more P and a P deficiency can have similar symptoms. Add more bloom nutes and see how she responds. If you clip the yellow leaves it's much easier to follow. Best of luck.
