Orange/Brown spots

I need some help. One of my plants has started to get orange/brown spots on its leaves and some lower leaves are yellowing a bit too. Its not bugs and its.not light or heat burn.

Slight discoloration in the leavesThe leaves are starting to get slightly discolored on the edges, what could be causing this? Could it be the white flies? Or could it be too many nutrients? I am giving the plant a bit of Canna A and B, although it's meant for hydroponic, it's all I have at the moment.5y ago

What are these yellow/brown dots and how can I prevent more from developing?Yellow/brown dots appeared midway through week 4 of flowering. More prominent on upper fan leaves. Gave it nutrient tea (flower nute/worm casting/CalMag) so hopefully that will help. Can’t test pH so difficult to tell if it’s lockout. Added new 600W light this week too.4y ago
