have I bent autoflower down to much

I’m at week 4 of my first autoflower grow and they looked very similar to yours at the beginning of 3. I think we’re on the right track. The other answers were encouraging so off we go! Good growing.

She looks fine to me. I would put her under the light for a few hours and then check back to see if her leaves have moved.

She'll catch up just fine. Continue to bend her down and train her. All the while allowing other side branches to grow, continue to tie them down as well. Some will develop to the same size structure as the main cola.

You want to break apical dominance, so yes tying it down is fine and the idea is indeed to make the other branches become more of "main" branches instead of on main branch and 10 small ones. You can either let it grow like it is now or continue bending the stems so that apical dominance is still broken, but looks good to me so far.
