You can defiantly harvest in stages if you want. I do think you have at least one week left before you harvest the first round.
My suggestion would be to harvest to top most developed buds first. Then in two week you harvest the rest of the plant. I have found leaving the under developed buds still on the plant for an additional two weeks will help. I do not do this any more because I wash all my lower buds for hash now.

The plants are ready in 1 week buddy! You can still see some white pistils (hairs) and the buds are not fully developed yet. This last week the buds will get a lot more fat and juicy!

I would agree with AsNoriu, cutting or hurting the plant will stunt the growth as it repairs the wounds so to speak so not much energy will go into production but instead survival

Increased light intensity to PPFD 600.
This morning larger upper leaves are in "praying" position, one leaf closer to bottom looks sick.
If it's a light burn, why not on upper leaves?

Do I burp jars if my humidity is already a steady 61% after a couple of days being jarred?Do I need to keep burping jars if my humidity is 61-62% without any humidity packs after 2 days in jars? Is it possible I trimmed and jarred them at the perfect time. Jars are being kept in dark, temp and humidity controlled dry tent as well. Help me out.

Feeding right after repotting (coco coir).After repotting an auto flowering plant I get runoff EC of 800, while feeding water has EC 1200.
I guess EC gets diluted (biggest part of coco coir is new).
Should I increase EC of the feeding water?
