How do you use plant LED lights? I am using the BESTVA 3000, which has separate growth and bloom lights. After flowering begins, should I use both the growth and bloom lights together, or only the bloom lights?

The veg and bloom together.I have the Optic 8+ which has veg,bloom,ir and uv.Theres a free phone app.PPFD Metre.Get the veg on full and increase the bloom to reach the correct umols which is around 1000 during peak flowering but google ideal umols through flowering.Depending on the strength it may not need to be on full power all the way through flower.Sanlight grow their test plants at 500 through veg and 1000 for flower.

Autoflower 24hrs of light?AUTOFLOWER - I checked on my seedlings this morning, and the temp in the tent dropped to 9 degrees celsius during the night. My light puts off a bit of heat. Am I better to run the light 24hrs and maintain a warmer temp, or give them a few hrs of darkness and risk dropping temp?6y ago
