How to increase temperature?

What is the best way to increase heat in small grow space (2x2x4)? I'm running an LED light, maybe should have gone HPS but it is what it is.
My area is in an outbuilding with poor insulation. Temps keep dropping below 70, I'm using an oil filled radiator placed next to the box

Do not spend money on a heater, until you've insulated the building. You'll only be paying to heat up the air flowing outside.

Maybe try a greenhouse heater or a seedling heat mate even if they are no longer seedling it can bring some heat and avoid roots to be too cold.

Is It Safe to Direct Humidifier Mist Above Grow Light in Tent Setup?I want to place my AC Infinity humidifier outside my grow tent and direct the mist through a pipe into the top of the tent, as shown in this diagram.
