How close to harvest?

Try to ignore the ash on here,(its been a smoky California month). I'm in about week 8 of flowering, I know I'm getting close, any opinions on how much longer? From most of what I have observed I am mostly cloudy, with some clear and very few amber trichomes.

I'd say you've got a couple weeks left, I wouldn't even start checking trichomes until the pistils have started to dry up a bit. They still look full and fluffy and haven't really turned to "hairs" yet.

Plant development erratic. How to harvest.My plant seems to be developing at different rates on different parts of plant. Half the tops seem ready for harvest. Amber trichromes starting to show up. Should I be removing these little buds at the bottom of the plant for a better overall yield?
They’re all autos, it’s day 53 of advertised 75 days.
Have read I should prune them but have also read that auto’s are sensitive so maybe not...?

When to start flushingI’ve read some people found that if they flowered too long this strain started producing bananas. This plant is like week 6-7 of flowering and it’s still producing a lot of hairs. Do these buds look ok still? I’m waiting for my keepers loupe to get delivered.Week 7

Bud rot?Finishing up drying. Temps always 68-72f with rh around 57-67. The extreme high or low was for short while. Most of the time it was 60rh. Is this bud rot? Seems like it's on the leaves r stem area. Tan/brown ish color I'd say. Sand like almost in texture and color.Buds. Other
