Your second pic is definitely not a hermie flower. It is a pre flower with a swollen bract. No worries.

The picture is not clear enough for me to give a positive identification but if you think they're are hermied it's more than likely true. Hermies are normally caused by some stress so try to find out why they Hermied and carefully remove the affected area. 🌱👍

Hello 👋 To me it does look like a hermie sack that hasn't opened yet...am i seeing a second unopened one in the bud beneath the circled one? There are often single calyx's under a bud but it will have a pistil poking straight out the center....if there isn't a pistil poking out of it that's a pretty good indicator. If it's hermied then you can try to remove them before too much pollinating happens, but typically you'll wind up with a few seeds by the end. If you want some clear pictures of a hermie and their sacks you could click my instagram link and it's got photos after switching into flowering. Good luck with the rest of the grow, you'll still get some decent buds out of it so not all is lost.✌️

if it is, get them before they open up -- they are very apparent before that point. no guessing if it is. covering the area while you pull it, misting with water can help reduce pollen's ability to fly around etc... water in general makes it inviable or just unlikely to happen - not sure of causality there. it'll start to extend out more and turn color.. there will be a window where you can remove it while it's still immature.

In my experience, those aren't herms. If you start to see either little balls underneath the calyx or on the other side of the stem, then that's a herm. Or if you start to see super easy to spot yellow bananas flying out in between calyxes, then that's also a herm. Your pic just looks like a nice chubby little calyx. But this is just my opinion! Hope it helps!
