Looks like you unintentionally topped her. There are worse things that could happen :P
Can't really tell the stage of your plant but she looks much like somewhere right in the middle of veg.
You could try to stick the broken off cola into soil, with some luck she will regrow roots.

Yeah, if the main cola breaks you can still put it into flower, the growth hormone auxin will be redistributed from the main growth point into the other growth points. "Topping" is taking advantage of this. If the break is fresh, you can mend it together and hold it with sports tape or even super glue. I did this the other day and was able to reattach within about 45 seconds of the break and it did not slow her down at all.

Is it safe to tweak your light cycle times when you flip?I'm getting ready to flip and was hoping to adjust the cycle time when I do.
