I'm having heat issues. Is my 1.2x1.2m tent to small for two viparspectra v450 lights?

I'm have major problems keeping the heat down. I have 2 lights on the go and this don't help with the heat outside at the moment.
Can I use just one set and would the plants be happy with that??
Its annoying if I have one on veg lights its not a bad temp in the tent

this would be the worst time to do it, since you are just starting flowering phase... it'll greatly impact yield if you don't give enough light...
now, if the heat is so bad it causes real problems, this may push back a break-even point... i'd wait and see it happen first in this context.
anythign you can do during light hours? leave tent partially open at bottom might help. get AC for that room being the best option, but i understand that may not be one.

For the 450 Vipar I use a 0.60x0.60 tent and it's kind of OK.
The 600 Vipar is Overkill.
You could use 4x 450 on your 1.20x1.20, or 2x 600 or 900.

The only future option is to get more efficient lighting.
when you see "umol/J" that's how much light and heat is being producd. higher value means greater portion of light to heat per second. You can likely improve your efficacy by 20-30% minimum from that light. get your use out of it, but when it dies or you decide to upgrade, really focus on efficacy... will save you money every month too. often times the $100 light is more expensive within 10-20months than a $300 light.
