Not good my friend this is normally a sign of pest. You'll need to look around discover what kind of pest it is and then fix the issue.

Tiny White Bead-Like Structures on Surface of Leaves - February 3 (Day 30)My plants are beginning to grow tiny white bead-like structures on the surfaces of the leaves. Yellow speckles on finger of one fan leaf?This morning I found yellow spots visible on both sides of this one leaf. Soil mix includes diatomaceous earth (I top off each week) + 1/4 mosquito dunk crumbled into topsoil. Are spots a sign of fungus? Insect? Too much rain? Remove leaf/part? Spray Dr Zymes? Ty!
