First leaves are weird

Wanted to check and see what others thoughts are on the new growths. I know it's been behind for the top dress which was just done so it'll be a day or 2 before shes getting good uptake again. Is the light green small growth near flower sites normal? Or is that a nutrient defic?

Magnesium deficiency? How to cure it?Is this a sign of magnesium deficiency (my other plant has similar spots)? If so, I've read online (on the Canna nutes website) that I should spray the leaves with Epsom Salt (2% solution): is this correct? Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance

Rust spots 2nd wk flowering She showed signs of nutrient deficiency so I put feed up to 5ml and it sorted but then I introduce bloom & she starts show rust spots. I also sprayed her with water with a tiny amount of bio bizz grow so not sure what the problem is? 😩 it’s 2nd wk of flowering

The lower main leaves are losing color quickly and have small spots forming. It came out funky from the get go, but this also happened to the first true set and I just pruned em. Now, its moved onto this set. Last picture is the problem leaf.
