From looking at the pictures in your diary it looks like your baby could be or has suffered from over watering. At this stage she should be showing sex and getting ready to start flowering.

Transplant them or not?How bad could it be to transplant autos seedlings that grows over 10 days in 0.5 L cup (100% coco) to their final pots of 5 or 7 gal with a different media (soil+coco)? I´ve been using liquid earthworm nutes (no for grow specifically in 100% coco) at 0.4-0.5 EC and 5.8 ph daily.

move from outdoor (greenhouse) to indoorI had to move my plants into the house. The weather is not good, heavy rain, no sun and low temperatures at night. Watering when on Vacation away from grow / 3 daysI'm going to be away from my plants for 3 days.
Their last watering was the 27th' ( gave them one watering without nutrients)
They get thirsty on 3rd day/ drooping on 4th day.
If i give water today, they should be fine for 3 days?
Would that 1 overwatering be risky?

48 hours of darkness before harvestHello,
I plan to let the plants sit for 48 hours before cutting them down. Once the 48 hours of darkness is over, do I simply cut them down right after with the lights off or is there another process that I should follow?
