The increase in rh during flowering is due to the massive increase in perspiration during flower, all veg growth stops and everything is devoted tooooo flowers, Humidity will always rise to the top of a grow tent, along with heat. Tent air outtake should be as high as possible, while Intake should be low. Humidity at top of tent will be around 20rh higher than the bottom or thereabouts. Make sure to take readings from various parts of tent and not making decisions based on one reading from one area. It's vital that there is good air circulation in entire tent. I chained a portable dehumidifier to top of my grow tent, buy a extra bar to reinforce the tent if it's heavyyyyy. Most portable dehumidifiers come with a universal extension for drains. Just run rubber hose to a 5 gallon jug and empty every couple days. It's actually a very good way to measure when to water next. Also good to make sure your fan has adequate CFM cubic feet per minute for the space you plan to clear in the time you want it cleared. If you add carbon filter or have any distance over 12 ft use substantially more cfm than is required. 4x4x6=96ft 100 cfm +carbon filter 200 cfm + distance to extract over 15ft 300cfm or additional fan. Idea is to create negative pressure (sucks in) within the tent so you extract the entire tent within a minute. Set timer to 1 on 10 off or whatever works for you.

Inkbird makes a humidity controller. Relatively inexpensive for what it does. Set your parameters and it’ll turn on and off your humidifier and dehumidifier Happy growing 🤘🏼😎

The only way is with a dehumidifier, as long as your extraction is working of course. You could be your extraction fan is old ands wearing out or not big enough for the space. Depending on your space will Deerhurst what size dehumidifier you should get but honestly you really need one, helps for drying in humid places too 🌱👍

And if you got a dehumidifier in the space, obviously crank that up.. or you could put it right in your tent if it’s not

You could try upping the airflow though the tent thus moving more of the RH out. Can also try to water less if its possible. Air/fabric pots evaporate a lot more. Depending what the ambient RH is outside of tent, will affect how well this will work. I pull in air from my apartment and also have AC, so the humidity stay low coming in. In the winter its always low. But if your pulling in 60% RH that dehumidifier wont do jack if the fans always on and pulling hard. May need to put it outside the tent and run it on high so the air it sucks in is lower and vented exhaust goes outside. They also make humidity lowering products. but No idea how long they will last in a tent. Best Of Luck and Happy Growing!

Depending on your temps - 60% isn’t a big deal IMO.. look up VPD charts and see where you’re at on that. I’d crank your exhaust for a few hours during lights on and see how much you can pull that RH down on full speed. There’s nothing wrong with moving tons of air thru the tent if that helps bring it down - as long as your temps are in a sweet spot..
