That depends on whether you are using pure organics or synthetic nutrients really. Synthetic - until you get 10-20% runoff. Organic - just until a few drops come from the bottom if the pot. A rough watering for those girls I would say try 1.5L if you are organic and maybe 2-2.5L with synthetic (to get up to 20% runoff). If they are dry after 2 days no watering then you are in a good place, if they are wet and heavy after 2 days reduce watering, if they are light after 24 hours then increase it if you can, if that causes too much runoff then just stay with same amount but water every day (only water every day if pot is V light) Base your amounts on % of the size of your pot - with 7L start at say 15% and with 11L start at 10% and work it from there.
