Normally she will quickly turn in
to Flowering Mode.
I have a Tropicanna Poison Quick under 12/12 from seed. You can do this with strain where you know that they are thriving. For example the Northern Lights 5#Haze from Sensi Seeds.
My Poisonous is in a half a liter Solo Cup and it's a testrun.
You'll probably don't yield much because the plant wasn't able to built up a stable root network. (no Veg.)

You'll be disappointed my friend, would only advise doing this autoflowers. Providing a 12/12 light schedule initiates the flowering stage and causes cannabis plants to start making buds. So the plant will not have a veg cycle which will bring a very very small yield. Hopefully, I answered your question and remember " Happy Growing and Free your mind one puff at a time ".

Yes, what if? All jokes aside, there are a million answers to this question. Assuming you are talking about a fem photoperiod, you'd likely move from veg to flowering relatively quickly, and isn't typically recommended for beginners from what I understand. If you are talking about a fem auto, 12 hours isn't really enough to give it the full dose of light it needs to produce quality bud. Can you you do it? Sure! Should you do it? Not likely.

Light intensityMy plants have been looking sad for a couple weeks. Tried everything then the other night I turned my light down to 40% giving a DLI of 28 they perked right up with 24 hours. I have now put it up to 60% giving a DLI off 39 will this be ok or should I keep it low. Week 2 flower.
